Abstract
【解決手段】コーティング組成物100Aは、カーボンナノチューブ(CNT)108が均一に安定的に分散されたビトンマトリックス(ビトン鎖)110中に、PTFE粒子102が分散されたものである。なお、PTFE粒子102等のフッ素含有樹脂充填剤は、少なくとも約58重量%のフッ素含有量を有する。

Claims (6)
- ポリマーマトリックスと、
ポリマーマトリックス中に分散された複数のナノチューブ及び複数のフッ素含有樹脂充填剤と、
を備え、
複数のフッ素含有樹脂充填剤は、少なくとも約58重量%のフッ素含有量を有するコーティング組成物。 - 請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物において、
ポリマーマトリックスは、
シリコンエラストマー、ポリパーフルオロエーテルエラストマー、及びフルオロエラストマーからなる群より選択される1以上の硬化性ポリマーを含むコーティング組成物。 - 請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物において、
ポリマーマトリックスは、
テトラフルオロエチレン、パーフルオロ(メチルビニルエーテル)、パーフルオロ(エチルビニルエーテル)、パーフルオロ(プロピルビニルエーテル)、フッ化ビニリデン、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン、及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択されるモノマー繰り返し単位を有するフルオロエラストマーを含むコーティング組成物。 - 請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物において、
複数のナノチューブの各々は、
パーフルオロカーボン、パーフルオロポリエーテル、及びポリジメチルシロキサンの1以上により表面改質されたカーボンナノチューブを含むコーティング組成物。 - 請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物において、
複数のフッ素含有樹脂充填剤は、
ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、パーフルオロアルコキシポリマー樹脂(PFA)、ポリエチレンテトラフルオロエチレン(PETFE)、テトラフルオロエチレン(TFE)とパーフルオロ(エチルビニルエーテル)(PEVE)とのコポリマー、テトラフルオロエチレン(TFE)とパーフルオロ(メチルビニルエーテル)(PMVE)とのコポリマー、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン(HFP)とフッ化ビニリデン(VDF又はVF2)とのコポリマー、テトラフルオロエチレン(TFE)とフッ化ビニリデン(VDF)とヘキサフルオロプロピレン(HFP)とのターポリマー、及びTFEとVF2とHFPとのターポリマーからなる群より選択される1以上材料を含むコーティング組成物。 - 請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物において、
約1×108Ω・cm以下の体積電気抵抗値を有するコーティング組成物。
