Claims (8)
- 液体は、閉じた冷却容器(3)の内部に配置され、
冷却容器の第1部分(3.1)は、可変容量真空コンデンサの第2電極(7)への電気的エネルギの輸送を担う可変容量真空コンデンサの第1ベローズ(6)から熱エネルギを吸収するように設計され、
冷却容器の第2部分(3.2)は、熱エネルギを冷却回路(2)へ向けて放散するように設計され、かつ
ヒート・パイプ(4)は、冷却容器の第1部分(3.1)と冷却容器の第2部分(3.2)との間に配置される可変容量真空コンデンサ用冷却システム。 - 請求項1記載の冷却システムであって、閉じた冷却容器(3)の内部に配置された液体は、オイルを含むシステム。
- 請求項1から2の一つの請求項に記載の冷却システムであって、冷却回路(2)は、ステンレス鋼材その他の耐食性で熱エネルギ伝達能力のある任意の材料で製造されるシステム。
- 請求項1から3の一つの請求項に記載の冷却システムであって、冷却回路(2)は、熱エネルギを周囲へ放散する手段を含むシステム。
- 請求項1から4の一つの請求項に記載の冷却システムであって、オリフィスは、冷却容器(3)の中を液体が自由に循環できるようにするために、冷却容器の第1部分(3.1)と冷却容器の第2部分(3.2)との間に配置されるシステム。
- 請求項1から5の一つの請求項に記載の冷却システムであって、第2ベローズ(5)は、柔軟性があり、冷却容器(3)の容積を一定にするために配置されるシステム。
- 請求項1から6の一つの請求項に記載の冷却システムであって、第1ベローズ(6)は、金属材料、特に、青銅その他の合金により構成されるシステム。
- 請求項6から7の一つの請求項に記載の冷却システムであって、第2ベローズ(5)は、プラスチック材料、特に、ゴムその他の柔軟な材料により構成されるシステム。
