Description
次に、本発明者らが行なった実験とその実験結果について説明する。本発明者らは、遊泳槽10の水面における照度の均一さがマグロの未成魚の生残率に与える影響を明らかにするため、遊泳槽10の水面における照度にムラが存在する遊泳槽10と遊泳槽10の水面における照度を略均一とした遊泳槽10とにおいてそれぞれ生残率の推移を調べた。
Claims (8)
- マグロの未成魚が遊泳する遊泳槽の水面を、少なくとも10lx以上の照度に保つとともに、同照度が10lx以上かつ1000lx未満の範囲内において前記遊泳槽に直射日光や直射日光に基づく影が当たらないように前記遊泳槽を設置して同遊泳槽の水面を均一な照度に保つことを特徴とするマグロの飼育、保管または輸送方法。
- 請求項1に記載したマグロの飼育、保管または輸送方法において、
前記遊泳槽の水面を人間の目視によって暗部が確認できない程度に均一に保つことを特徴とするマグロの飼育、保管または輸送方法。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載したマグロの飼育、保管または輸送方法において、
前記遊泳槽は、建屋内に設置されていることを特徴とするマグロの飼育、保管または輸送方法。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3のうちのいずれか1つに記載したマグロの飼育、保管または輸送方法において、
前記遊泳槽の水面における照度を変化させる際、同照度を徐々に変化させることを特徴とするマグロの飼育、保管または輸送方法。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4のうちのいずれか1つに記載したマグロの飼育、保管または輸送方法において、
日中における前記照度を50lx以上に保つとともに、夜間における前記照度を50lx未満に保つことを特徴とするマグロの飼育、保管または輸送方法。 - 請求項1ないし請求項5のうちのいずれか1つに記載したマグロの飼育、保管または輸送方法において、
前記マグロの未成魚の給餌時における前記照度を、少なくとも100lx以上に保つことを特徴とするマグロの飼育、保管または輸送方法。 - 請求項1ないし請求項6のうちのいずれか1つに記載したマグロの飼育、保管または輸送方法において、
前記マグロの未成魚は、生後約29週目以降であることを特徴とするマグロの飼育、保管または輸送方法。 - 請求項1ないし請求項7のうちのいずれか1つに記載したマグロの飼育、保管または輸送方法において、
前記遊泳槽の水面における前記照度を保つために照明器具を用い、
前記照明器具は、前記遊泳槽における壁面に向かって光を照射することを特徴とするマグロの飼育、保管または輸送方法。
