Claims (2)
- 表示器に備えた複数の発光素子を冷却する冷却ユニットであって、前記複数の発光素子を装着した熱伝導部材と、該熱伝導部材に熱接続可能な状態で装着した第1のヒートパイプと、前記熱伝導部材と前記表示器の筐体側とを熱接続する第2のヒートパイプとを備え、前記熱伝導部材は、断面が略L字型で、第1の辺部と、該第1の辺部と略垂直に設けた第2の辺部とからなり、前記第1のヒートパイプは、前記第1の辺部及び前記第2の辺部の各内面と熱接続され、前記第2のヒートパイプは、略U字型又は略L字型に形成し、一辺の一面を前記熱伝導部材に熱接続し、少なくとも他辺を含む前記一面と反対側の全面を前記筐体に備えた放熱体に熱接続したことを特徴とする冷却ユニット。
- 前記第1のヒートパイプは、微少量の作動液を注入し、内部で還流させるものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷却ユニット。
