Claims (7)
- 歯車箱を備えた減速機において、
該歯車箱に、潤滑剤の冷却媒体の導入孔と、該冷却媒体の導出孔と、を設けると共に、該歯車箱内に前記導入孔を介して導入された前記冷却媒体を前記導出孔を介して導出する冷却配管を設け、
且つ、
該冷却配管と、前記歯車箱内に配置した歯車と、の間の距離を調整する調整機構を設けた
ことを特徴とする減速機。 - 請求項1において、
前記調整機構が、前記冷却配管と、前記歯車箱内に配置した歯車と、の垂直方向における距離を調整する
ことを特徴とする減速機。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記調整機構が、前記歯車箱に脱着可能に固定されるとともに、前記冷却配管の該歯車箱内での配設位置を変更するための配管固定孔を有する固定板を備えている
ことを特徴とする減速機。 - 請求項3において、
前記固定板が、前記配管固定孔を少なくとも上下方向に複数有することを特徴とする減速機。 - 請求項3または4において、
前記配管固定孔が、長孔であることを特徴とする減速機。 - 請求項3〜5のいずれかにおいて、
前記固定板が上下を180度回転させて前記歯車箱に取り付け可能とされている
ことを特徴とする減速機。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれかにおいて、
前記歯車箱側に前記冷却配管を支持する支持部を設けるとともに、
該支持部が該冷却配管に形成した溝部分を脱着可能に支持している
ことを特徴とする減速機。
