Claims (3)
- 相手軸が挿入される中空部を有し、該相手軸に対して形状的係合によりトルクを伝達する中空軸と、該中空軸の外周に摺接するオイルシールと、を備えた動力伝達装置において、
前記中空部の内周に、コーティングが施されると共に、
該コーティングの素材が、母材に固体微粒潤滑材が散在された複合材からなり、
前記中空軸の内周面が所定の粗度で粗されており、この粗された内周面上に前記コーティングが施され、且つ、
前記コーティングが、前記中空軸の外周に於ける前記オイルシールの摺接部を除いて施されている
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記コーティングが、前記中空軸が相手軸と形状的に係合する部位を除いて施されている
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 請求項2において、
前記中空軸が相手軸と形状的に係合する部位は、該中空軸の周方向の一部に形成されたキー係合部である
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。
