Claims (8)
- 励起光源と、途中に接続部を持つ光ファイバを介して前記励起光源から出力される励起光を受けて光増幅を行う光増幅部とを有し、前記光増幅部から出力される光又はその光に基づく光を出力光として出力するレーザ装置であって、
前記励起光源を制御する制御部と、
前記励起光源から前記光ファイバを介して前記光増幅部側に伝送されてきた励起光のパワーレベルをモニタするモニタ部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記励起光源の励起光の出力開始当初において、前記励起光源から前記光増幅部により光増幅を行うために必要な励起光のパワーレベルよりも低いパワーレベルの励起光を出力させ、前記モニタ部によりモニタされたパワーレベルが所定値よりも高い場合に、前記励起光源から前記光増幅部により光増幅を行うために必要なパワーレベルの励起光を出力させる制御を行い、前記モニタ部によりモニタされたパワーレベルが前記所定値以下である場合に、前記励起光源の励起光の出力を停止させる制御を行うことを特徴とするレーザ装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記励起光源から前記光増幅部により光増幅を行うために必要なパワーレベルの励起光を出力させている際に、前記モニタ部によりモニタされたパワーレベルが所定値以下となった場合に、前記励起光源の励起光の出力を停止させる制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザ装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記励起光源の励起光の出力を停止される制御を行う際に、警報器を作動させる制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のレーザ装置。
- 前記光増幅部から出力された光を所定波長の光に変換する波長変換部を備え、波長変換部から出力された光を前記出力光として出力することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のレーザ装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のレーザ装置と、
前記レーザ装置から出力される出力光を治療部位に導いて照射させる照射光学系と、を備えたことを特徴とする光治療装置。 - マスクのパターンを感光物体上に転写する露光装置であって、
請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のレーザ装置と、
前記レーザ装置から出力される出力光を前記マスクに照射する照明光学系と、
前記マスクからの光を前記感光物体に投影する投影光学系と、を備えたことを特徴とする露光装置。 - リソグラフィ工程を含むデバイス製造方法であって、
前記リソグラフィ工程では、請求項6に記載の露光装置を用いて前記マスクのパターンを前記感光物体に転写することを特徴とするデバイス製造方法。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のレーザ装置と、
被検物を保持する支持部と、
前記被検物の投影像を検出する検出器と、
前記レーザ装置から出力される出力光を前記被検物に照射する照明光学系と、
前記被検物からの光を前記検出器に投影する投影光学系と、を備えたことを特徴とする被検物検査装置。
