膨張を可能にするために、上記繊維質または多孔性の材料の気圧を高めるステップ。
第1および第2のセグメントの接続フランジを相互接続することと、
相互接続の後に、第1および第2のセグメントにおいて繊維質または多孔性の材料の気圧を高めることと、によって構成または修復される。
Claims (15)
- 炭化水素のための冷却移送ホースであって、
インナーホースと、
同心円をなして前記インナーホースを囲んで配置されているアウターホースと、
前記インナーおよびアウターホース間の環状ギャップを埋めているスペーサ部材と、
前記環状ギャップ内に含まれている繊維の3次元マトリックスを形成する繊維質材と、を具備し、
前記アウターホースはゴム弾性および/またはプラスチック材料を有し、
前記繊維質材は、前記インナーおよびアウターホースを持つホースの大部分全体を通して連続しており、スペーサ部材を形成しており、
少なくとも長さ0.4m以上で、繊維質材以外のスペーサ部材は、前記インナーホース上の接触位置から前記アウターホース上の接触位置まで放射状に延在しており、
前記繊維質材は、長さ方向に高密度および低密度の繊維質材の領域があるように、前記インナーホースに沿って不均一に分散されており、
前記繊維質材は、異なる密度および特性の繊維質材を具備する、
ことを特徴とする冷却移送ホース。 - 柔軟な繊維質材は、高密度の硬い繊維質材の間に置かれる、請求項1に記載の冷却移送ホース。
- 前記繊維質材は、前記インナーホース上において5から50kN/mの間の力で1%から10%の間まで半径方向において弾性的に圧縮可能である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の冷却移送ホース。
- 前記繊維質材は、少なくとも10%まで前記ホースの長さ方向において弾性的に伸長可能である、請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の冷却移送ホース。
- 前記繊維質材は、少なくとも長さ0.4m以上を持ち、密度70kg.m−3で、開口部体積(an open volume)93%である、請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の冷却移送ホース。
- 前記繊維の重量%/cm 3 は、軸方向に配向されている、請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の冷却移送ホース。
- 前記ホースは、前記インナーホースの直径の4倍の曲げ半径を有する、請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の冷却移送ホース。
- 前記アウターホースは、0.2から1.0Wm−1K−1の間の熱伝達率を有する、請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の冷却移送ホース。
- 前記繊維質材は、前記アウターホースと前記インナーホースとの間の気密層によって囲まれている、請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の冷却移送ホース。
- 前記繊維質材はフリース材を具備する、請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の冷却移送ホース。
- 前記繊維質材はフリースおよびフェルト材を具備する、請求項1ないし請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の冷却移送ホース。
- 前記アウターホースは、繊維および/または金属で補強されたゴム弾性および/またはプラスチックの材料を具備する、請求項1ないし請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の冷却移送ホース。
- 前記インナーホースは、らせん状に巻かれた補強材ワイヤ、および/または波形のスチールパイプを具備する、請求項1ないし請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の冷却移送ホース。
- 前記インナーおよびアウターホース間の圧力は、前記アウターホース外側の圧力と実質上等しい、請求項1ないし請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の冷却移送ホース。
- 前記繊維質材は、前記インナーホースを囲んで巻かれているストリップ状の繊維質シート材を具備する、請求項1ないし請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の冷却移送ホース。
