Claims (6)
- 硝酸の凝縮時にガス導入ノズルおよびその領域に対する腐食を防止する方法であって、
前記ガス導入ノズルが、凝縮器の内部への連結域において、その内側にスリーブを有し、それにより環状の間隙の形態のガス導入開口部が形成され、その際その環状空間には二次空気のための少なくとも1つの供給開口部が設けられており、その結果、進入するNOガスの周囲に二次空気からなる外周流が形成されることを特徴とする前記方法。 - 二次空気のベールが、ガス導入ノズル上の複数の導入孔を介して二次空気を吹き込むことによって生ずることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 硝酸の凝縮時にガス導入ノズルおよびその領域に対する腐食を防止するための装置であって、
前記ガス導入ノズルが、凝縮器の内部への連結域において、その内側にスリーブを有し、それにより、環状の間隙の形態のガス導入開口部が形成され、その際、その環状空間に二次空気のための少なくとも1つの供給開口部が設けられていることを特徴とする前記装置。 - 進入するNOガスの流れの方向の上流において、複数の二次空気導入開口部(8)がガス導入ノズル(4)に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記二次空気導入開口部(8)が環状導管(9)を介して繋がっており、そして二次空気源と接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 1つまたは複数の前記二次空気導入開口部(8)が、高圧硝酸プラントの二次空気源と接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の装置。
