Description
Claims (11)
- 結合本体に回転可能に接続された結合スリーブを有する結合半組立体であって、その結合本体は、ねじ切りされた区域を備えた第1端部と、電気コネクタくさびの第1組に対して押圧するようにされた第1表面とを有し、その結合スリーブは、前記結合本体に関して実質的に回転運動だけのための、結合本体に接続され、さらに、結合スリーブを通って延び、かつ前記結合本体に堅固に取り付けられたボルトをさらに有し、その結合スリーブは、前記ボルトに回転可能に設置されるものと;
コレットに接続するように構成されたコレット保持器であって、このコレット保持器は、ねじ切りされた接続によって結合スリーブに移動可能に接続された第1端部を有し、このコレット保持器は、前記コレットに接続するように構成されたねじ切りされた区域を備えた第2端部と、電気コネクタくさびの第2組に対して押圧するようにされた第2表面とを有するものと を有する電気コネクタ合体結合器組立体。 - 前記結合スリーブの第1端部は、前記結合本体の第2端部に回転可能に接続され、さらに、結合スリーブの第2端部が、そのなかにコレット保持器の第1端部を受け入れるねじ切りされた穴を有する請求項1記載の組立体。
- 前記結合半組立体は、さらに、前記結合本体の第2端部に結合スリーブの第1端部を接続する固定具を有し、前記結合スリーブは、結合本体に関して回転するようにされ、さらに固定具によって結合本体から離れて移動するのを実質的に防止する請求項1記載の組立体。
- 前記結合スリーブ、結合本体、およびコレット保持器は、それぞれ、結合スリーブ、結合本体、およびコレット保持器を軸方向に回転させるための工具をそれに添えるようにされた外部の工具設置表面を有する請求項1記載の組立体。
- 請求項1におけるような電気コネクタ合体結合器組立体と;
結合本体のねじ切りされた区域に接続された第1コレットハウジングと;
第1コレットハウジング内に位置し、結合本体の表面によって接触されたくさびの第1組と;
コレット保持器のねじ切りされた区域に接続された第2コレットハウジングと;
および、第2コレットハウジング内に位置し、コレット保持器の第2表面によって接触されるくさびの第2組と;
を有する電気コネクタ。 - 前記結合本体は、第1結合本体を有し、前記結合スリーブは、第1端部および第2端部を有し、この第2端部は、ねじ切りされた接続部分を形成するねじ切りされた区域を有し、前記ボルトは、第1結合本体の第2端部に結合スリーブの第1端部を接続する固定具を形成し、結合スリーブが固定具によって第1の結合本体から離れて移動することから実質的に防止される間に、この結合スリーブは、結合本体に関して回転するようにされ、さらに、前記コレット固定具は、結合スリーブの第2端部内にねじ込まれるようにされた第1端部と、ねじ切りされた区域および電気コネクタくさびの第2組に対して押圧するようにされた表面を有する第2端部とを有する請求項1記載の電気コネクタ合体結合器組立体。
- その固定具は、第1結合本体の第2端部に固定して設置され、回転可能に設置された結合スリーブを有する請求項6記載の組立体。
- 結合スリーブは、それを通るチャネルを有し、チャネルの第1端部は、本質的に滑らかであり、さらに、そのチャネルの第2端部はねじ切りされている請求項1または6記載の組立体。
- 結合スリーブ、第1結合本体、および第2結合本体は、それぞれ、結合スリーブ、第1結合本体、および第2結合本体を軸方向に回転するために工具をそれに添えるようにされた外部のツール取付表面を有する請求項6記載の組立体。
- 請求項6記載の電気コネクタ合体結合器組立体と;
第1結合本体の第1端部におけるねじ切りされた区域に接続された第1コレットハウジングと;
この第1コレットハウジングに位置され、第1結合本体の第1端部の表面によって接触されたくさびの第1組と;
第2結合本体の第2端部におけるねじ切りされた区域に接続された第2コレットハウジングと;
第2コレットハウジングに位置し、第2結合本体の第2端部における表面によって接触されたくさびの第2組と;
を有する電気コネクタ。 - 第1結合本体に対して結合スリーブを回転可能に接続することであって、結合スリーブは、第1結合本体から実質的に離れて移動することを防止し、第1結合本体は、ねじ切りされた区域を有する第1端部を有し、第1電気コネクタくさびの端部に対して押圧するようにされた表面を有すること;
第2結合本体の第1端部を、ねじ切りされた接続によって結合スリーブに対して移動可能に接続することであって、第2結合本体は、ねじ切りされた区域および第2電気接続くさびの端部に対して押圧するようにされた表面を備えた第2端部を有し、結合スリーブは、第1および第2結合本体に関して回転するようにされて、相互に関する第1および第2結合本体の距離を減少し、結合スリーブを第1結合本体に回転可能に接続することは、結合スリーブを通してボルトを挿入して第1結合本体にボルトを静止して接続することを有し、結合スリーブは、ボルトに回転可能に設置されること
を有する電気コネクタ合体結合器組立体を製造する方法。
