Claims (3)
- 充放電可能な電池と、前記電池の正極と負極間に配置された保護回路基板およびPTC素子と、第一の接点部を有する正極タブと、前記第一の接点部と接離可能な第二の接点部を有する負極タブと、を含み、前記第一の接点部と前記第二の接点部とが接触した状態に保持された前記正極タブと前記負極タブによって前記保護回路基板と前記PTC素子が電気的に接続され、落下を含む外部衝撃により前記第一の接点部と前記第二の接点部とが互いに離れることによって前記保護回路基板と前記PTC素子との電気的な接続を遮断し、前記電池の充放電を停止することを特徴とする電池パック。
- 前記保護回路基板が充電端子を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第一の接点部と前記第二の接点部とが接触した状態の保持を磁石の吸着力にて行うことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電池パック。
