Abstract
【課題】 電池パックに落下等の過度の外部衝撃が加わった場合には、電池パックが使用されないように、電池パックの充放電機能を停止させる保護機能を備える電池パックを提供することにある。
【解決手段】 電池1の負極1bとPTC素子2はタブ41で接続され、電池1の正極1aと充放電端子3aを備えた保護回路基板3は、タブ42で接続され、PTC素子2と保護回路基板3は、片端に接点部51、接点部52を有する負極タブ43、正極タブ44と接続されてケース0で外装された電池パックにおいて、電池1の側面に磁石6を配置し、通常使用状態では磁石6の吸着力により、接点部51、接点部52は接触し、導通状態を保持するようにし、落下などの衝撃が加わった場合には、磁石6の保持が外れ、導通を遮断し充放電を停止させる。

Claims (2)
- 電池の正極と負極間に、充電端子を備えた保護回路基板と、PTC素子が配置され、前記部材の端子間がタブにより電気的に接続され、ケースに収容された電池パックであって、前記電池と保護回路基板を接続するタブに接点部を設け、前記接点部は、通常使用時は閉じた状態に保持され、落下等の外部衝撃により保持が外れ接点が遮断し、充放電を停止する構造を特徴とする電池パック。
- 請求項1記載の電池パックにおいて、閉じた状態の接点の保持を磁石の吸着力にて行うことを特徴とする電池パック。
