Description
The present invention relates to a joint of a concrete precast product (hereinafter referred to as a concrete product) such as a culvert, a portal block, or a U-shaped groove, and has a buffering action.
Conventionally, water tanks and waterways have been constructed by connecting concrete products, but if a force acts in a direction that separates the connecting part due to an earthquake or land subsidence, the load acting on the connecting part is buffered to leak water due to breakage For example, techniques described in
In the structure described in
In addition, the technique described in
In addition, the technique described in
In addition, the technique described in
In the conventional techniques as described above, the elastic member is elastic when a tensile force is applied to the connecting part of the concrete product via the elastic member to separate the concrete structures due to an earthquake or land subsidence. Although the force acting on the connecting part due to deformation is buffered, the pulling force acts on the elastic member at the time of pulling work to connect the concrete product. When an external force is applied between the concrete structures connected to each other due to an earthquake or the like during use, the amount of elastic deformation of the elastic member is reduced and a sufficient buffering effect is obtained. There was a problem that disappeared.
In addition, when mortar filling is performed so that rainwater does not enter the periphery of the elastic member after the concrete structure is installed, the deformation of the elastic member may be restrained by the surrounding mortar and the buffer function may be impaired. .
Therefore, the present invention does not apply an attracting force to the elastic member during the pulling operation when connecting concrete products, sets the amount of deformation of the elastic member to zero, and even if mortar is filled around the elastic member, It is to prevent the function from being impaired.
A first one of the present invention for a shock absorber joint for a concrete product is fixed to the side of one concrete product of the concrete product to be interconnected, and is attached to the side of the other concrete product. A connecting metal fitting having a bolt holding bracket disposed in the formed recess; a connecting bolt inserted into a bolt hole formed in the bolt holding bracket with the end of the shaft portion directed toward the one concrete product side; The plurality of disc springs that are slidably fitted on the shaft portion of the connecting bolt projecting from the bolt holding bracket toward the one concrete product side, and the plurality of disc springs. A first nut that is screwed to the connecting bolt with a disc spring interposed therebetween, and a cylindrical portion that is open at one end and closed at the other end by the top wall; The shaft portion of the connecting bolt is slidably passed through the through hole formed in the center portion of the top wall, and at least the plurality of disc springs and the first nut are accommodated inside, and the top wall A non-circular cross section in which at least a part of the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion adjacently surrounding the first nut restrains the rotation of the first nut relative to the cylindrical portion and allows only axial displacement. A protection body formed in a shape; and a second nut screwed into a portion of the connection bolt that protrudes to the outside of the protection body.
In the buffer joint for concrete products according to the first aspect of the present invention, when the concrete products are pulled together, the open end surface of the protective body contacts the bolt holding bracket, and the second nut contacts the outer surface of the top wall. In this state, the connecting bolt is rotated while restraining the relative rotation between the second nut and the protection body, and the shaft end is pressed against the inner wall surface of the concave portion of the other concrete product. When pulling concrete products without applying load to them, and when using a connected concrete product, when the second nut is moved away from the protective body and an external force is applied to pull it away between the concrete products, A first nut screwed into the connecting bolt with respect to the protective body compresses the plurality of disc springs so that it can be displaced in the axial direction together with the connecting bolt.
The second one of the shock absorber joints for concrete products of the present invention includes a pair of connecting fittings respectively fixed to openings of recesses formed at positions facing each other between mutually connected concrete products, and these A connecting bolt that is inserted through a bolt hole formed in each of the connecting metal fittings, and is arranged so that the shaft portion protrudes into the concave portion of one concrete product and the head portion protrudes into the concave portion of the other concrete product, A plurality of disc springs slidably fitted on a shaft portion of the connecting bolt projecting from a back surface of a connecting fitting fixed to the one concrete product into a recess of the concrete product, and the one concrete product A first nut that is screwed to the shaft portion of the connecting bolt with these disc springs interposed between the connecting metal and the connecting metal fitting fixed to the connecting metal, and the other end is the top wall The shaft portion of the connecting bolt is slidably passed through a through-hole formed in the central portion of the top wall, and at least the plurality of disc springs and the first nuts are formed. An inner circumferential surface of at least a part of the cylindrical portion that is accommodated inside and surrounds the first nut adjacent to the top wall restrains rotation of the first nut relative to the cylindrical portion, and a shaft A protective body formed in a non-circular cross-sectional shape that allows only a directional displacement, and a second nut that is screwed into a portion protruding from the top wall of the shaft portion of the connecting bolt.
In the buffer joint for concrete products according to the second aspect of the present invention, when the concrete products are pulled together, the open end face of the protective body comes into contact with the back surface of one of the connecting fittings, and the second nut is attached to the outer surface of the top wall. In a state where the second nut and the protective body are restrained relative to each other, the connecting bolt is rotated to draw the concrete products without applying a load to the plurality of disc springs, When the connected concrete product is used, when the external nut acting to separate the second nut away from the protective body or from the connecting bolt and pulling it away between the concrete products is applied to the protective bolt, The screwed first nut compresses the plurality of disc springs so that it can be displaced in the axial direction together with the connecting bolt.
According to the concrete product buffer joint according to the present invention, at the time of drawing when connecting the concrete product, since the drawing force does not act on the disc spring housed inside the protective body, the disc spring is not deformed, Since the drawing is completed while leaving a sufficient deformable amount, a sufficient amount of deformation for buffering can be obtained after the completion of the connection of the concrete products.
In addition, since the disc spring is housed inside the protective body, even if mortar is filled in the recess after installing the concrete product, the elastic displacement of the disc spring is not constrained by the mortar, and the buffer function of the disc spring is ensured. Can keep.
Furthermore, since a plurality of disc springs are used as elastic members for buffering the external force acting between concrete products, the number of disc springs to be used can be appropriately increased or decreased depending on the type of concrete product and usage conditions. There is no need to prepare various lengths of coil springs according to use conditions, and the cost of parts can be reduced.
And especially in invention of
In addition, in the invention of
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings of the embodiments.
FIG. 1 is a plan view of one embodiment of a buffer joint for concrete products (hereinafter simply referred to as a buffer joint) according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. It is a thing.
The shock-absorbing
In addition, a
As shown in FIG. 1, the connecting
A
A
The
As shown in FIG. 3, the inner peripheral surface of the
The cross-sectional shape of the portion surrounding the
On the other hand, the portion surrounding the two
A
In addition, in the
The operation of connecting the
In the pulling work, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the open end surface of the
When the
At this time, since the
Thus, when the gap between the
In addition, after setting the
7 and 8 show a state when an external force is applied in the direction of separating between the
Then, as described above, in use, the
Due to the displacement of the connecting
FIG. 9 is a plan view showing another embodiment of the buffer joint for concrete products according to the present invention. The buffer joint 1 ′ used in this embodiment has the same function as that of the buffer joint 1 described above. The shock-absorbing joint 1 ′ of this embodiment connects between the end faces facing each other of the
In addition, the part which comprises the principal part of the buffer joint 1 in the Example mentioned above is used for the part which comprises the principal part of the buffer joint 1 'shown in the figure, These common parts are used. With regard to, the same numbers as those used for the buffer joint 1 are used in the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 9, the shock-absorbing joint 1 ′ of this embodiment is fixed to the openings of the
Each of the recesses 2'A and 3'A is opened in two directions, that is, the facing surface and the outer surface of the culverts 2 'and 3'. In addition, the recesses 2'A and 3'A are formed at a plurality of positions at predetermined intervals along the entire outer surface of the culverts 2 'and 3', and the buffer joints 1 'are arranged respectively.
The connecting
In addition,
A
An operation of connecting the
In the pulling work by the buffer joint 1 ′ of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, a
After the drawing work is completed, as shown in FIG. 10, the
The

FIG. 11 shows a state when an external force is applied in the direction of separating between the
Then, the
Similar to the buffer joint 1 in the embodiment, the gap between the culverts 2'3 'is immediately returned to the original distance d by the elastic restoring force of the
The shock-absorbing joint of the present invention can be widely used as a shock-absorbing joint because concrete products such as culverts and portal / U-shaped products are connected to each other.
