Description
Claims (9)
- a)複数の波板(102,202,302)と、
b)実質的に平坦な複数の平板(104a,104b,204,304)と、
c)波板及び平板を一緒に保持する外枠と、を含む、気液分離装置(100)であって、
波板もしくは平板の少なくとも1枚又は波板及び平板の両板の少なくとも1つが、一体化されたルーバー(108,110)を含み、前記板が積層され装置を通り抜ける少なくとも1つの蛇行した流体流路を画定し、前記波板(102,202,302)の各々が、少なくとも1つの一体化されたルーバー(108,208)を含み、
前記波板、平板及び一体化されたルーバーが自己支持流体流路を画定することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記実質的に平坦な平板(104a,104b,204,304)の少なくとも1枚が、前記波板の各対間に積層される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記実質的に平坦な平板(104a,104b,204,304)の各々が、少なくとも1つの一体化されたルーバー(110,210,310)を含み、前記波板(102,202,302)の少なくとも1枚が、前記実質的に平坦な平板の各対間に積層される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 請求項1、2又は3に記載の装置であって、入口、蒸気出口(112)及び液体出口を更に含み、前記流体流路が入口と出口の間に流体連通を提供する装置。
- 請求項4に記載の装置であって、入口、蒸気出口及び液体出口の少なくとも1つに隣接する流れマニピュレータを更に含む装置。
- 請求項4に記載の装置であって、蒸気出口上部に広がる実質的に孔のないプレート(113)を更に含む装置。
- 前記波板が互いに実質的に平行に配置される請求項1、2又は3に記載の装置。
- 前記波板及び平板の両板が一体化されたルーバーを含み、波板のルーバーが第一の方向に方向付けられ、平板のルーバーが第一の方向とは反対の第二の方向に方向付けられる請求項1、2又は3に記載の装置。
- 羽根型ミスト・エリミネータを製造する方法であって、
a)それぞれ前縁(116)及び後縁(118)を有する複数の波板(102,202,302)及び複数の実質的に平坦な平板(104a,104b,204,304)を形成する工程と、
b)波板もしくは平板の少なくとも1枚に又は波板及び平板の両板の少なくとも1つに、一体化されたルーバー(108,110)を形成し、前記波板(102,202,302)の各々が、少なくとも1つの一体化されたルーバー(108,208)を含む工程と、
c)前記板及び一体化されたルーバーの配列が、前記板の前縁に近接する入口から前記板の後縁に近接する蒸気出口に至る少なくとも1つの蛇行した流体流路を画定するように、波板及び平板を積層して、前記波板、平板及び一体化されたルーバーが自己支持流体流路を画定する工程と、
d)積層された波板及び平板を一緒に枠に固定する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする方法。
