Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to mass produce filter single plates simply, in a filter apparatus for separating the oil component or the like in an exhaust gas, by press molding a rectangular permeation pore part to a plate body so as to provide a barrier plate segment forming a bent passage of the exhaust gas in a condition leaving one end part thereof. CONSTITUTION:In a condition leaving a flange 2 with predetermined width to the peripheral flange of a rectangular thin iron plate 1, a rectangular permeation pore 3 is molded by punching to a center thereof as well as one flange of the thin iron plate of the permeation part is bent to form a barrier plate 4 covering said permeatin pore 3 to mold a filter single plate 5. Two single plates 5 are contacted at their rear surfaces as well as fixed so as to offset a pitch of the permeation part 3 every 1/2 to complete filters A, Al. Herein, if two filters A, Al are further arranged in a same flat surface and opening directions of the barrier plates are reversed respectively, against inflow of the exhaust gas from left and right directions, a flowing direction is limited retionally and solid-gas separation can be carried out further rationally.
