Description
−一滴ずつの滴下気化装置は、既存の装置と比較した場合、殺菌剤を滴下することにより得られる正確性、毛細管チューブを気化器において使用すること、ならびに、装置の機能を様々な圧力プローブおよび温度プローブによりモニタするコンピュータ化された制御システムを介して適用される用量可変性のような様々な利点を有する。用量設定システムは、他の殺菌装置において生じるような1つだけの用量システムによって行われない。
Claims (17)
- 過酸化水素殺菌装置であって、
殺菌チャンバと、
前記殺菌チャンバに、過酸化水素殺菌剤蒸気を供給する気化器と、
前記気化器に過酸化水素殺菌剤液体を送る投与ポンプとを備え、
前記気化器が、気化器入口バルブと、電気抵抗ヒータを有する気化器チャンバと、気化器チャンバ内にある毛細管チューブとを備え、かつ大気圧よりも低い圧力で作動し、
前記気化器入口バルブが、コンピュータまたは制御装置により様々な圧力センサおよび/または温度センサによってもたらされる圧力および/または温度に関する情報を考慮して制御され、
前記気化器入口バルブの制御によって過酸化水素殺菌剤液体の供給用量が変化し、
前記毛細管チューブが2μmm〜1.5mmの穴および50mm〜2500mmの長さを有し、
前記毛細管チューブが、前記投与ポンプによって前記気化器の前記毛細管チューブに供給された過酸化水素殺菌剤液体を一滴ずつ気化させ、
前記気化器における気化プロセスのすべてが真空下で行われ、
前記殺菌チャンバの内部の圧力が一定の所定の値で殺菌プロセスの期間中維持されることを特徴とする、過酸化水素殺菌装置。 - 前記殺菌プロセスは、前記気化器の圧力が1mbar未満に達した後に行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記気化器は、30秒〜100秒の間で合計で2.5ml〜6mlの過酸化水素殺菌剤液体を気化させることができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記殺菌チャンバ内部の圧力が殺菌段階の間5mbar〜155mbarであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 様々な圧力センサおよび/または温度センサ、すなわち、前記気化器、過酸化水素殺菌剤液体を貯留する殺菌剤タンク及び前記殺菌チャンバにおいて様々な圧力センサおよび/または温度センサを有することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記殺菌チャンバにおける過酸化水素殺菌剤蒸気の注入が20℃〜70℃の間の温度値で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記気化器が、電気抵抗ヒータによって80℃〜200℃の間の温度に加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記気化器が、情報を制御コンピュータに送る圧力プローブおよび/または温度プローブを有することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記気化器が、クランプシステムと、前記過酸化水素殺菌剤蒸気を前記殺菌チャンバに導くテフロン(登録商標)チューブとによって前記殺菌チャンバに機械的につながれており、かつ前記過酸化水素殺菌剤液体が前記気化器の中に一滴ずつ注入されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記投与ポンプと、前記気化器入口バルブとの間にある、前記過酸化水素殺菌剤液体を前記殺菌剤タンクに戻すための戻り配管をさらに有する特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記気化器入口バルブの近くに有り、かつ前記気化器における前記過酸化水素殺菌剤液体の一滴ずつの注入を開始する前に真空ポンプにより前記殺菌チャンバの空気を除く空気除去システムをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 高圧電極を備える高温のバーナーをさらに備え、かつ前記殺菌チャンバから除かれた前記空気が、前記バーナーを通過することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記気化器入口バルブがそれぞれの開口において気化した値に基づいて制御されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記気化器入口バルブが、前記殺菌チャンバにおいて5mbar〜155mbarの間の圧力を得るために、気化が確立された値に達するまで前記気化器入口バルブの連続した開口を有することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記過酸化水素殺菌剤液体のポンプ送液が、前記毛細管チューブ内の空気のすべてを除くために、注入前の10秒〜80秒の間で蠕動ポンプによって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記気化器入口バルブの開口が、前記殺菌チャンバにおいて示される圧力によって制御される断続的な開口とともに、前記ポンプ送液期間の後、および、前記毛細管チューブからの前記空気の除去の後に行われることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし15のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1ないし16のいずれか一項に記載される装置を使用することを特徴とする、過酸化水素殺菌方法および/または過酸化水素消毒方法。
