他の態様は、前記供給部は、第1の供給部及び第2の供給部を有し、前記第1の供給部は、ワークの対向する2辺の近傍にそれぞれ接着剤を塗布し、前記第2の供給部は、ワークの対向する2辺の近傍に塗布された接着剤の間に、接着剤を塗布することを特徴とする。
[構成]
まず、本実施形態の構成を説明する。図1に示すように、本実施形態の塗布装置1は、テーブルT、供給部S等を有している。テーブルTは、接着剤Rの塗布対象である長方形状のワークWを載置する台である。
以上のような構成を有する本実施形態の作用は、次の通りである。なお、以下に説明する手順で塗布装置を制御する方法及び制御装置を動作させるコンピュータプログラムも、本発明の一態様である。
以上のような本実施形態によれば、圧着時に接着剤Rの広がりの速い領域(A領域)については、接着剤Rの塗布端をワークWの縁から後退させ、接着剤Rの広がりの遅い領域(B領域)については、接着剤Rの塗布端をワークWの縁に近づけることにより、一定時間内におけるそれぞれの両端の到達位置に相違を補正し、はみ出しを防止しつつ、ワークWの全体に接着剤Rを行き渡らせることができる。
本発明は、上記のような実施形態に限定されるものではない。例えば、供給部Sは、上記の実施形態においては、第1の供給部2と第2の供給部3とが独立して駆動されていた。しかし、図6に示すように、第1の供給部2と第2の供給部3とが一体で移動するように構成してもよい。

Claims (8)
- 対向する平行な2辺を有する方形平板状のワークに接着剤を塗布する塗布装置において、
接着剤を出すノズルを備え、前記ノズルから接着剤を前記ワークに対して供給する供給部と、
前記ノズルから出た接着剤が、前記2辺に沿う方向で、互いに平行な複数列の線状に塗布されるように、前記供給部及びワークの少なくとも一方を駆動する駆動部を有し、
前記2辺の近傍に線状に塗布された接着剤の塗布端が、他の線状に塗布された接着剤の塗布端よりも、前記2辺以外のワークの2辺に近くなるように、前記供給部による接着剤の供給を制御する制御装置を有することを特徴とする塗布装置。 - 前記ノズルは、前記供給部に複数設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の塗布装置。
- 前記供給部は、角度変更可能に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の塗布装置。
- 前記供給部は、
ワークの対向する2辺の近傍にそれぞれ接着剤を塗布する第1の供給部と、
ワークの対向する2辺の近傍に塗布された接着剤の間に、接着剤を塗布する第2の供給部と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の塗布装置。 - 前記第1の供給部と前記第2の供給部とは、独立して移動可能に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の塗布装置。
- 前記第1の供給部及び前記第2の供給部は、接着剤の供給の有無を制御する送出手段若しくは切替手段を有することを特徴とする請求項4記載の塗布装置。
- ノズルから接着剤を供給する供給部によって、方形平板状のワークに、複数列の線状に接着剤を塗布する塗布方法において、
ワークの対向する2辺の近傍に線状に塗布された接着剤の塗布端が、他の線状に塗布された接着剤の塗布端よりも、前記2辺以外のワークの2辺に近いことを特徴とする塗布方法。 - 前記供給部は、第1の供給部及び第2の供給部を有し、
前記第1の供給部は、ワークの対向する2辺の近傍にそれぞれ接着剤を塗布し、
前記第2の供給部は、ワークの対向する2辺の近傍に塗布された接着剤の間に、接着剤を塗布することを特徴とする請求項7記載の塗布方法。
