Description
‐DNAを抽出および浄化し、
‐前記DNA分子を、密閉耐食金属製カプセル(1)中にカプセル封入する
工程からなることからなることを特徴とする、前記方法を対象とする。
− 化学または酵素加水分解反応;
− 紫外放射またはX若しくはガンマ線のようなあらゆるイオン化放射線により生じる傷;
− 空気中の酸素による酸化
に対してDNAを保護する。
Claims (12)
- DNA分子の長期間の保存方法であって、
‐DNAを抽出および浄化した後に、
‐1種類以上の不活性ガスから構成され、かつ水分1ppm以下の湿度を有する雰囲気中で、予め乾燥した前記DNA分子を、密閉耐食金属製カプセル(1)中にカプセル封入する
工程からなることからなることを特徴とするDNA分子の長期間の保存方法。
- DNA分子の長期間の保存方法であって、
‐DNAを抽出および浄化した後に、
‐1種類以上の不活性ガスから構成され、かつ水分1ppm以下の湿度を有する雰囲気中で、予め乾燥した前記DNA分子を、密閉耐食金属製カプセル中にカプセル封入し、
前記物理的カプセル封入の前に、前記DNAは、(共)重合体で被覆することにより化学的カプセル封入を受けることを特徴とするDNA分子の長期間の保存方法。
- 紫外線または電離放射線に対するDNAの保護強化のために、前記化学的カプセル封入は、前記(共)重合体、有機塩および無機塩分子からなる合成物を用いて行われることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のDNA分子の長期間の保存方法。
- 前記合成物は、(共)重合体および重金属のイオンからなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のDNA分子の長期間の保存方法。
- 前記(共)重合体およびその使用され得る有機または無機添加剤を溶媒中に溶解させ、その次に粘性ゲルが得られるよう蒸発させ、次にアルコール溶液中の懸濁したDNAの所定の質量を前記ゲルの中に入れ、そしてその集合体は、前記DNAを含む固体塊が得られるよう、適当な温度で乾燥させることを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載のDNA分子の長期間の保存方法。
- 前記化学的カプセル封入は、1種類以上の不活性気体(ガス)からなる雰囲気中での密閉耐食金属製カプセル(1)中へのカプセル封入の前に行われることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のDNA分子の長期間の保存方法。
- 前記カプセル(1)は、衝撃および破砕に対し耐久性を有する密封容器(2)内に置かれることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のDNA分子の長期間の保存方法。
- 前記金属製カプセル(1)中にカプセル封入される前に、前記DNAはガラスの小皿上に置かれることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のDNA分子の長期間の保存方法。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項の方法において使用される保存包装体であって、密封となるように蓋で密閉され、前記DNAに対し耐食性および非汚染性を有し、可鍛性金属または金属合金からなるカプセル(1)から構成されることを特徴とする前記包装体。
- 前記包装体は、セラミック、混合物、金属、重合体を含む群から選択される材料の容器(2)に封入されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の、請求項7の方法の実施に使用される包装体。
- 前記金属製カプセル(1)内部に、DNAが置かれたガラスの小皿(3)を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の、請求項8の方法の実施に使用される包装体。
- 前記小皿(3)は、ソーダ石灰ガラスからなることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の包装体。
