Claims (18)
- 導電面の間に規定された共振誘電体空洞を具備し、該共振誘電体空洞は、1つの前記導電面のエッジにて電磁場を増強するよう適合され、前記誘電体空洞が非平面状の路長を有し、イーエムタグが少なくとも部分的に前記電磁場増強範囲内に配置され、該イーエムタグが前記導電面から電気的に分離されることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記誘電体空洞が、導電壁間に規定された2つ以上の誘電体層を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記層が相互にオフセットされていることを特徴とする請求項2の記載の装置。
- 前記層が相互に対して角度付けされていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記層が該層の端部で接合されていることを特徴とする請求項2から4の何れか1つに記載の装置。
- 前記空洞が独特の路長を有することを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1つに記載の装置。
- 前記誘電体空洞が、断面が実質的に「C」型であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記誘電体空洞が、断面が実質的に「S」型であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記誘電体空洞が、断面が実質的に渦巻き型であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記空洞が多数の路長を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 第1及び第2導体層間に配置された第1誘電体層と、前記第2導体層及び第3導体層間に配置された第2誘電体層と、を具備し、前記第1及び第3導体層は1端で電気的に接続されており、該接続により前記第1及び第2誘電体層を接合する第1誘電体接続領域を規定しており、前記第1及び第2誘電体層が非平面状であり、前記第3導体層の開いたエッジに於ける設置サイトで電磁場を増強するよう適合され、イーエムタグが少なくとも部分的に前記場増強範囲内に配置され、該イーエムタグが前記導体面から電気的に分離されることを特徴とする電子デバイス用設置部品。
- 前記第1及び第2導体層が、前記接続領域の反対側の端部壁により電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項11記載の設置部品。
- 前記第3導体層及び第4導体層の間に配置された第3誘電体層を更に具備しており、前記第2及び第3誘電体層が前記第1接続領域の反対側の第2接続領域により接合されることを特徴とする請求項11記載の設置部品。
- 前記タグが差動容量性カップリングにより電力を与えられることを特徴とする請求項11記載の設置部品又は装置。
- 該イーエムタグが低Qアールエフアイデータグであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の設置部品又は装置。
- 該設置部品又は減結合器の合計厚さがλ/4、又はλ/10、又はλ/300又はλ/1000より小さく、λが意図された動作波長であることを特徴とする請求項1から15の何れかの1つに記載の設置部品又は装置。
- 該設置部品の合計厚さが1mm以下、又は500マイクロメートル以下、又は200マイクロメートル以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から16の何れか1つに記載の設置部品又は装置。
- 前記電磁場が50,100,又は200より大きいか又は等しい因数で増強されることを特徴とする請求項1から17の何れか1つに記載の設置部品又は装置。
