Description
Claims (3)
- 先端部と基端部を有する金属製のシースと、
前記シース内に挿通されるとともに、先端部と基端部を有した軸状のプローブ本体と、
前記シースの先端部に枢支され、バイポーラ電極の一方の第1電極部を有するジョーと、
前記プローブ本体の先端部に設けられ、前記ジョーと噛合するとともに、バイポーラ電極の他方の第2電極部を形成するプローブ先端部と、
前記シースの内部に前記シースの軸方向に沿ってスライド可能に挿通された本体部と、この本体部の先端側に設けられ、前記ジョーと接続される接続部を有する作用部とを備え、前記本体部のスライド動作によって前記ジョーを回動させる駆動部材と、
を具備し、
前記シースの内周に設けられ、前記本体部および前記シースと前記プローブ本体との間を電気的に絶縁する絶縁チューブを有し、
前記絶縁チューブは、前記本体部の前方に突出し、前記プローブ先端部と前記シースとの接触による破損を防止する突出部を有することを特徴とする外科手術装置。 - 前記作用部は、前記本体部の管状体の先端部にU字形状の断面形状をなすU字状延設部を有し、
前記U字状延設部は、対向配置された2つの側面と、前記2つの側面間を連結する連結面とを有し、
前記連結面は、前記2つの側面間の間隔が先端側に向かうにしたがって徐々に先細りになる傾斜面を有し、
前記接続部は、前記連結面の先端部に配置された前記2つの側面にそれぞれ形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外科手術装置。 - 前記絶縁チューブは、前記突出部が前記U字状延設部の基端部の内側に延出され、前記ジョーが前記プローブ先端部側と噛合された際に、前記プローブ先端部が前記本体部の端面に当接することを防止する延出部を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の外科手術装置。
