Description
−溶接は、溶加材を用いるTIG溶接、または溶加材を用いないTIG溶接により行なわれる。
−溶接は、レーザ溶接、特に透明レーザ溶接により行なわれる。
−溶接は、MIG溶接またはMAG溶接により行なわれる。
−駆動部材の基部またはスリーブの溶接される面は、溶接作業を助けるように面取りされる。
・溶接直後、溶接面は、わずかに凸状となる。
・冷却すると、溶接面は、軟質になり、かつ粉塵の付着面積が減少するよう平坦になる。
・溶接は、迅速に行われ、かつ母材が溶接部によく浸入する。
・溶接部を薄く形成することができる。
・溶接電極は、溶接部と好ましい角度を形成しうるように、回転させることができる。

Claims (8)
- 回転機のロータ(2)に連結されているシャフト(1)に、基部(21)またはスリーブ(120)を有する駆動部材(8)を、螺合によって組み立てるための機構であって、前記駆動部材(8)は、一方の側に、前記基部(21)またはスリーブ(120)に区画された空隙(19)を、もう一方の側に、前記空隙(19)と連なる雌ねじ部(17)を含む中心孔を有し、前記シャフト(1)は、駆動部材(8)側の端部に、前記雌ねじ部(17)と螺合する雄ねじ部(13)を有するようになっている組立て機構において、前記駆動部材(8)の基部(21)またはスリーブ(120)における、螺合されたシャフトの雄ねじ部(13)の先端、すなわち前面(40)(140)のうち、雄ねじ部(13)に近接する箇所と雄ねじ部(13)とを溶接によって連結し、雄ねじ部(13)と雌ねじ部(17)の螺合による連結を補完し、
駆動部材をシャフトの雄ねじ部に螺合する工程と、互いに螺合された両者を、駆動部材が下方に位置するよう垂直に保持した状態で、下方から両者を溶接する工程とを含むことを特徴とする組立て機構。 - 前記溶接は、溶加材を用いるTIG溶接、または溶加材を用いないTIG溶接であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の組立て機構。
- 前記溶接は、レーザ溶接、特に透明レーザ溶接であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の組立て機構。
- 前記溶接は、MIG溶接、またはMAG溶接であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の組立て機構。
- 前記駆動部材(8)の基部(21)またはスリーブ(120)の前面(40)(140)のうち、シャフトの雄ねじ部(13)に近接する箇所は、面取りされており、前記駆動部材の中心孔は、この面取りされた箇所の周縁と連なっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の組立て機構。
- 前記シャフト(1)は、前記駆動部材(8)を支持しかつ駆動機構(9)によって引張られる軸方向を向くストッパ(50)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の組立て機構。
- 前記駆動部材(8)と前記シャフト(1)のねじ部(13)は、それぞれ、このねじ部(13)に駆動部材(8)を螺合するためのツール(52)(53)と協働するためのへこみ(51)(56)を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の組立て機構。
- 前記駆動部材(8)は、オールタネータまたはスタータ・オールタネータのロータと連結されるシャフトに螺合されるプーリであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の組立て機構。
