Claims (4)
- 加熱シリンダ内のスクリューを回転させることにより、原料樹脂を混練・可塑化しつつスクリューの先端側に移送して、該先端側に計量した溶融樹脂を貯え、スクリューの前進によって金型内に前記溶融樹脂を射出・充填するインラインスクリュー式射出成形機において、
前記スクリューの後端側に配置されスクリューの後端側を回転駆動する計量モータと、
スクリューの後端側に取り付けられスクリューと一体に回転するナット体と該ナット体に嵌合するねじ軸を備え該ねじ軸の回転運動を前記ナット体を介してスクリューの直線運動に変換するねじ機構と、
前記ねじ機構を構成するねじ軸を回転駆動する射出モータと、
予め設定した位置指令パターンにスクリュー位置が追随するように前記射出モータを駆動する射出モータ駆動回路と、
予め設定した速度設定パターンにその回転が追随するように前記計量モータを駆動する計量モータ駆動回路と、
前記計量モータ駆動回路の速度設定パターン信号を射出モータ駆動回路の速度指令信号に加算または減算することにより、計量モータの回転に伴って発生するスクリューの軸方向位置のずれを補償する加減算回路を備えたことを特徴とするインラインスクリュー式射出成形機。 - 請求項1記載のインラインスクリュー式射出成形機において、
前記ねじ軸の回転位置を計測する射出モータ用回転エンコーダおよび前記計量モータの回転位置を計測する計量モータ用回転エンコーダを備え、前記射出モータ用回転エンコーダの出力に前記計量モータ用回転エンコーダの出力を加算または減算することにより前記スクリューの位置を計測することを特徴とするインラインスクリュー式射出成形機。 - 請求項2記載のインラインスクリュー式射出成形機において、
前記射出モータ用回転エンコーダおよび計量モータ用回転エンコーダは、回転位置の絶対値を出力するアブソリュートタイプのエンコーダであることを特徴とするインラインスクリュー式射出成形機。 - 加熱シリンダ内のスクリューを回転させることにより、原料樹脂を混練・可塑化しつつスクリューの先端側に移送して、該先端側に計量した溶融樹脂を貯え、スクリューの前進によって金型内に前記溶融樹脂を射出・充填するとともに、
前記スクリューの後端側に配置されスクリューの後端側を回転駆動する計量モータ、スクリューの後端側に取り付けられスクリューと一体に回転するナット体に嵌合するねじ軸を有し、射出モータの回転運動を前記ねじ軸を介してスクリューの直線運動に変換するインラインスクリュー式射出成形機の制御方法において、
予め設定した位置指令パターンにスクリュー位置が追随するように前記射出モータを駆動し、予め設定した速度設定パターンにその回転が追随するように前記計量用モータを駆動するとともに、
前記計量モータ駆動回路の速度設定パターン信号を射出モータ駆動回路の速度指令信号に加算または減算することにより、計量モータの回転に伴って発生するスクリューの軸方向位置のずれを補償することを特徴とするインラインスクリュー式射出成形機の制御方法。
