Claims (3)
- エンジンと、
前記エンジンによって駆動される油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプから吐出された作動油によって駆動される油圧モータと、
前記油圧モータによって駆動されるウインチと、
前記ウインチを操作するためのウインチ操作部材と、
前記油圧ポンプに接続され、前記油圧ポンプから吐出された作動油が通るポンプ油圧回路と、
前記油圧モータに接続され、前記油圧モータを駆動するための作動油が通る駆動油圧回路と、
圧力損失部が設けられており、前記油圧モータを暖機するための作動油が通る暖機油圧回路と、
前記ポンプ油圧回路と前記駆動油圧回路との間に設けられ、入力されるパイロット圧に応じて前記ポンプ油圧回路から前記駆動油圧回路へ送られる作動油の流量を調整する流量制御部と、
前記ウインチ操作部材の操作に応じて前記流量制御部に入力されるパイロット圧を調整する駆動パイロット圧制御部と、
前記ポンプ油圧回路と前記暖機油圧回路との間に設けられ、入力されるパイロット圧に応じて、前記ポンプ油圧回路と前記暖機油圧回路とを連通させる開状態と、前記ポンプ油圧回路と前記暖機油圧回路とを遮断する閉状態とに切り換えられる流路開閉部と、
前記ウインチ操作部材が中立位置であることを必要条件として暖機開始状態になると、前記流路開閉部が前記開状態に切り換わるように前記流路開閉部に入力されるパイロット圧を調整する暖機パイロット圧制御部と、
前記流路開閉部が前記閉状態であるときには前記ポンプ油圧回路と前記駆動油圧回路との差圧が所定の設定圧で一定となるように前記油圧ポンプの容量を調整し、前記流路開閉部が前記開状態であるときには前記ポンプ油圧回路と前記暖機油圧回路との差圧が所定の設定圧で一定となるように前記油圧ポンプの容量を調整するポンプ容量調整部と、
を備えるパイプレイヤ。 - 前記流路開閉部が開状態となることが許可される許可状態と、前記流路開閉部が開状態となることが許可されない不許可状態とに操作される暖機許可操作部材をさらに備え、
前記暖機開始状態は、前記暖機許可操作部材が許可状態であることをさらに含む、
請求項1に記載のパイプレイヤ。 - 前記流路開閉部が開状態であるときに、前記ウインチ操作部材が中立位置以外の位置に移動されると、前記流路開閉部が閉状態にされる。
