Description
Ystralからの、Conti TDSのローターステーターミキサを、2個の異なる装置で試験した。
60lの容器容量および25m/sの最大周速度を有するA. BerhrentsからのBecomix MV60のローターステータミキサもまた十分使用することができる。この装置において、ローターステーターは、容器のほとんどの部分である。これを直接的に容器、その底部に取り付ける。水および疎水性の熱分解法シリカAEROSIL R812Sを貯蔵容器中に導入した。底部に存在するローターステーターミキサは双方を吸引し、かつ生成物を、循環管路を介して容器中に返送した。この系において例1と比較して弱い吸込み力は、ローターステーターを容器底部に直接取り付けるといった利点によって補われる。効果的にデッドゾーンの形成を回避する撹拌機、たとえばアンカースターラーは容器中に存在する。例1のように、混合時間は反応の完了度合いおよび乾燥水の好ましい質に依存する。
