Description
-圧密化/圧縮ステップによって直接的に生産された、ペレット状又は小タブレット状の圧密化された物体、
-圧密化ステップ及び造粒ステップの二つのステップをこの順に行って生産される粒剤又は、
-圧密化ステップ、造粒ステップ、及び圧縮ステップの三つのステップをこの順に行うことによって生産される圧縮された物体。
これらの火工品は、特に自動車安全装置の点火ガス生成器に好適に用いることができる。
-前記方法の前記第一の変形例によって得られた火工品、上述のように特定された体積のペレット状又は小タブレット状の物体、
-前記物体の用途、特に自動車安全装置のエアバッグを膨らませるガス発生器に装填される伝火薬としての用途。
- 上記した乾式造粒を含む本発明の方法の第二の変形例によって得られた火工品、上記した密度と構成の粒剤状物体、
- 前記粒剤状物体の使用、特に自動車安全装置システムに含まれる伝火薬(pyrotechnic charges)用の点火薬としての使用、又はこの類の伝火薬使用 (前述した圧密化/圧縮化から直接得られたペレット及び小タブレットの推奨される使用と同様)。
- 上記した乾式造粒、及び乾式圧縮工程を経て完了する本発明の工程の第二の変形例によって得られた火工品; 上記した密度と組成の圧縮された物体(例:ペレット、ウエーハ、一枚岩状物体等);
- 前記粒剤状物体の使用、特に自動車安全装置システムに含まれる伝火薬用の点火薬としての使用、又はこの類の伝火薬としての使用 (前記参照)。
Claims (8)
- 酸化剤及び還元剤を含む微粉状原材料を乾式で混合するステップと、得られた前記混合物を乾式で圧密化するステップとを含む火工品の乾式製造方法において、
前記微粉状原材料は、グアニジン誘導体、金属水素化物、アルカリ金属水素化物、及び、アルカリ性土類金属水素化物から選択された少なくとも一種類の還元剤と、アルカリ金属硝酸塩、アルカリ土類金属硝酸塩、及び、塩基性金属硝酸塩より選択された少なくとも一種類の酸化剤とを有し、
前記微粉状原材料は、応力を与えると流れる性質を有する前記還元剤として硝酸グアニジンを含み、
前記圧密化はロール型圧密機において行われ、リボン状の圧密化された材料を生成するものであって、
前記圧密化された混合物を用いて、乾式で造粒するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする乾式製造方法。 - 前記微粉状原材料は、45〜55重量%の硝酸グアニジンと、40〜50重量%の塩基性硝酸銅とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の乾式製造方法。
- 前記圧密化/圧縮用又は圧密化における圧密化圧力は1500〜6000バールであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の乾式製造方法。
- 前記乾式造粒は前記圧密化された混合物を段階分用のグリッドに押し込むことによって行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の乾式製造方法。
- 得られた粒剤を乾式圧縮するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の乾式製造方法。
- 前記微粉状原材料は酸化剤及び還元剤を95重量%よりも多く含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の乾式製造方法。
- 前記微粉状原材料は酸化剤及び還元剤のみからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の乾式製造方法。
- 前記微粉状原材料は硝酸グアニジン及び塩基性硝酸銅のみからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の乾式製造方法。
