Description
CH3 OCH3+ H2 O = 2CH3 OH (1)

- 予熱されたプロセスガスを該改質区域を通過させ,
- 改質区域において、該改質区域を収容する密閉容積の内部で自己循環しおよび密閉容積の内部に封入されたガス-液混合物と間接熱交換することによって少なくとも1本の触媒管を加熱し、そして該密閉容積の少なくとも一部は、該ボイラー区域の内部に突き出、
- 該改質区域からの改質されたプロセスガスを回収しそして場合により、供給プロセス流体を予熱することによって該改質されたプロセスガスを冷却し、
- 燃焼区域において、燃料を燃焼空気と共に少なくとも1個のバーナーの中に導入するに当り,ボイラー区域からの煙道ガスと間接熱交換することによって, 該燃焼空気を予熱し、
- バーナーからの煙道ガスを回収しそして該煙道ガスをボイラー区域を通過させ, そして
-該ボイラー区域を通過する煙道ガスと間接熱交換することによって、該改質区域を収容する反応装置内の密閉容積の内部で自己循環しおよび密閉容積の内部に封入された該ガス-液混合物を加熱し、そして該密閉容積の少なくとも一部は、該ボイラー区域の内部に突き出る。
- 冷却した改質されたプロセスガスを空気冷却器を通過させ、
- 続いて、該冷却した改質されたプロセスガスを水素-精製ユニットを通過させて水素富化ガスを形成し, そして
- 該水素-精製ユニットからの排ガスを反応装置の少なくとも1個のバーナーに導入する。

Claims (10)
- 密閉容積内に収容される改質区域、ボイラー区域および燃焼区域を含み、該改質区域は、改質触媒で充填された触媒管を1本以上収容し、ボイラー区域に、該燃焼区域からの煙道ガスを通すための流路を1本以上備えおよび該燃焼区域に、バーナーを少なくとも1個備え、1本以上の触媒管内で該プロセス流体を改質するのに必要とする熱交換媒体は、該密閉容積の内部で自己循環しおよび該密閉容積の内部に封入されたガス−液混合物でありそして該密閉容積の少なくとも一部は、該ボイラー区域の内部に突き出ており、ここで、内部でガス−液混合物が自己循環する該密閉容積の一部は、単一の細長い機素または多数の細長い機素としてボイラー区域の内部に突き出、それで、複数の円周におよび放射状に間隔をあけた細長い機素を形成するようにし、そして該細長い機素は、互いに流体連絡する、プロセス流体を水素に転化するための改質反応装置。
- 反応装置のボイラー区域に、多数の垂直に間隔をあけたまたは水平に間隔をあけたバッフルを備え、該バッフルを、燃焼区域内で発生される煙道ガスの流れ方向に対して横断して配列する、請求項1記載の改質反応装置。
- 1つ以上の細長い部材を管として形成し、それらにスリーブを備え、それで、該細長い部材および該スリーブによって画定される環状領域を煙道ガスを通過させるのを可能にする、請求項1または2記載の改質反応装置。
- 転化させるべきプロセス流体を運ぶ少なくとも1本のプロセス供給管が、反応装置の該密閉容積の内部に伸長する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一に記載の反応装置。
- 転化させるべきプロセス流体を運ぶ少なくとも1本のプロセス供給管が、反応装置の外壁内に配列した導管を通って反応装置に入りそして該プロセス流体は、反応装置の改質区域から流出する転化されたガスと間接接触することによって予熱される、請求項4記載の反応装置。
- 前記少なくとも1本のプロセス供給管が、転移区画室の中に垂直に伸長し、転移区画室から、転化させるべきプロセスガスを運ぶ少なくとも1本のプロセス管が、垂直に反応装置の密閉容積の内部に伸長しそしてプロセスガスを運ぶ少なくとも1本のプロセス管をコイルとして形成する、請求項4または5記載の反応装置。
- 前記改質区域およびボイラー区域を収容する前記密閉容積が、断熱ハウジングによって囲まれ,該断熱ハウジングを、煙道ガスを運ぶ第一の環状領域および燃焼空気を運ぶ第二の環状領域によって覆う、請求項1〜6のいずれか一に記載の反応装置。
- 反応装置に入るプロセス流体が、メタノール、DMEまたはDMEとメタノールとの混合物を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一に記載の反応装置。
- 反応装置に入るプロセス流体がメタノールと水との混合物でありそしてガス−液混合物が、圧力55〜110bar gおよび温度270℃〜320℃で循環する飽和水蒸気−水系である、請求項8記載の反応装置。
- 前記燃焼区域に単一の触媒バーナーを備えそして該触媒バーナーを、セラミックを被覆しおよび酸化触媒を含浸した直列に配列した金網層として備え、それにより、燃焼において発生された熱が、発生された煙道ガスを経て対流機構によって自己循環しているガス−液混合物に移される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一に記載の反応装置。
