Description
Claims (9)
- -制御ユニット(10)と、
-視覚刺激信号を発生し、前記信号が患者の目に取り込まれて、病的に同期する振動性のニューロンの活動を示すニューロンへ伝達されると、当該ニューロンの前記ニューロンの活動の位相をリセットする視覚刺激信号を発生する複数のスティミュレーション素子(12、13)を有するスティミュレーション・ユニット(11)と、
を具備する装置(100;300)であり、
-前記制御ユニット(10)は、前記スティミュレーション素子(12、13)の少なくとも二つが、互いに対して時間のずれをもつ前記視覚刺激信号を発生するように、前記スティミュレーション・ユニット(11)を作動し、
前記少なくとも二つのスティミュレーション素子(12、13)は、患者の視野内のそれぞれ互いに異なる所定の位置に前記視覚刺激信号を発生し、前記視野は患者が目を動かさずに一方の目で見ることが可能な空間であり、
前記少なくとも二つのスティミュレーション素子(12、13)は、病的に同期する振動性のニューロンの活動を示すニューロン集団の異なるサブ集団を刺激する、
装置(100;300)。 - 前記少なくとも二つのスティミュレーション素子(12、13)は、異なる空間位置に前記視覚刺激信号を発生する、請求項1に記載の装置(100;300)。
- N個のスティミュレーション素子(12、13)が、時間のずれをもつ前記視覚刺激信号を発生し、二つの各々連続する視覚刺激信号間の前記ずれは、平均して1/(fstim×N)であり、fstimは、1〜30Hzの範囲内の周波数であり、Nは自然数である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の装置(100;300)。
- 前記スティミュレーション・ユニット(11)は、M/fstimの期間にわたり前記視覚刺激信号を発生し、その後のL/fstimの期間には視覚刺激信号を発生しない、MとLは自然数である、請求項3に記載の装置(100;300)。
- 前記周波数fstimは、刺激されたニューロンの病的に同期する振動性のニューロンの活動の中間周波数に実質的に一致する、請求項3または請求項4に記載の装置(100;300)。
- 前記スティミュレーション・ユニット(11)は、透過メガネ(900;1000)である、請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の装置(100;300)。
- 前記透過メガネ(1000)は複数の区画(41、42、43、44)を有し、前記区画(41、42、43、44)の透過特性が前記制御ユニット(10)によって制御される、請求項6に記載の装置(100;300)。
- 前記装置(300)は、患者について測定された測定信号を記録するための測定ユニット(20)を具備し、前記スティミュレーション素子(12、13)が前記測定信号を視覚刺激信号に変換するように、前記制御ユニット(10)は、前記測定信号に基づいて前記スティミュレーション素子(12、13)を作動する、請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載の装置(100;300)。
- 前記制御ユニット(10)は、前記測定信号に応じて、前記スティミュレーション素子(12、13)が刺激信号を発生するか否かについて決定する、請求項8に記載の装置(300)。
