Claims (3)
- 透明導電膜と光電変換膜とが順次形成された透明基板と、
対向電極膜が形成され、その対向電極膜と前記光電変換膜とが一定の間隔を保ちながら対向するように配置された対向板と、
前記光電変換膜と前記対向電極膜との間の空間に形成された電荷輸送材とを備え、
前記透明導電膜表面が、直径10〜200nmかつアスペクト比0.1〜1.0の円錐形状の凹部で構成されるナノ構造を有する、色素増感太陽電池。 - 前記光電変換膜の前記電荷輸送材側の表面が、直径10〜200nmかつアスペクト比0.1〜1.0の円錐形状の凹部で構成されるナノ構造を有する、請求項1に記載の色素増感太陽電池。
- 前記透明導電膜が2層以上の異なる層で形成され、それぞれの層の表面が直径10〜200nmかつアスペクト比0.1〜1.0の円錐形状の凹部で構成されるナノ構造を有する、請求項1または2に記載の色素増感太陽電池。
