Claims (5)
- 電子機器の移動経路上の拠点に無線通信ノード手段を設けるとともに、当該無線通信ノード手段とネットワークを介して接続される製品保守管理サーバ装置を設け、前記電子機器の再生工程を支援するための電子機器の再生支援システムであって、
前記電子機器は、
当該電子機器の寿命の費消に関わる物理量をサンプリングして環境履歴データとして保存する環境履歴データ保存手段と、
前記無線通信ノード手段と通信し、前記ネットワークを介して前記製品保守管理サーバ装置に前記環境履歴データを保存する通信手段と、
当該電子機器の再生工程において作業者から再生条件の入力を受け付けるための受付手段とを備え、
前記受付手段が前記再生条件の入力を受け付けた場合に、前記電子機器と前記製品保守管理サーバ装置とが通信し、前記受付手段が入力を受け付けた再生条件と、前記製品保守管理サーバ装置に保存されている当該電子機器の環境履歴データとに基づき、当該電子機器が再生可能か否かを、当該電子機器に可視出力させることを特徴とする電子機器の再生支援システム。 - 請求項1に記載の電子機器の再生支援システムであって、
前記可視出力は、前記電子機器が備える表示手段による表示又は印刷手段による印刷によって行うことを特徴とする電子機器の支援システム。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の電子機器の再生支援システムであって、
前記無線通信ノード手段を複数の前記拠点に設け、
前記電子機器がさらに、
当該電子機器の移動経路を確定するためのトレーサビリティデータを作成して保存するトレーサビリティデータ保存手段を備え、
前記通信手段は、前記環境履歴データに加えて前記トレーサビリティデータも前記製品保守管理サーバ装置に保存する手段であることを特徴とする電子機器の再生支援システム。 - 前記環境履歴データ保存手段、トレーサビリティデータ保存手段、および、通信手段は、前記電子機器の本体装置とは別の電源系統で駆動され、前記電子機器の初回出荷時から再生工程に移行する前の段階まで、前記電子機器の非動作期間を含めて作動することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項記載の電子機器の再生支援システム。
- 前記別の電源系統は、前記電子機器の本体装置の電源投入時には、当該本体装置から供給される電源により充電される2次電池を含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の電子機器の再生支援システム。
