Claims (12)
- 鉄ベース材料からなるシリンダースリーブの外面を被覆する方法であり、その際サーモスプレー法を使用してシリンダースリーブの外面上に第1層および亜鉛合金からなる第2層を吹き付ける、鉄ベース材料からなるシリンダースリーブの外面を被覆する方法において、シリンダースリーブの外面上に第1層として銅または銅ベース合金を吹き付け、第1層の上に第2層としてアルミニウム3〜20質量%を有するZnAl合金を吹き付けることを特徴とする鉄ベース材料からなるシリンダースリーブの外面を被覆する方法。
- 第1層として99.9%の銅を吹き付ける請求項1記載の方法。
- 第1層としてCuAl8合金を吹き付ける請求項1記載の方法。
- 第1層としてCuAl8Ni2合金を吹き付ける請求項1記載の方法。
- 第1層としてCuP8合金を吹き付ける請求項1記載の方法。
- 第1層としてCuSi3合金を吹き付ける請求項1記載の方法。
- 第1層として45質量%までの亜鉛を有するCuZn合金を吹き付ける請求項1記載の方法。
- 第1層としてCuZn37合金を吹き付ける請求項7記載の方法。
- 第1層が60μm〜130μmの厚さを有する請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 第2層としてZn85Al15合金を吹き付ける請求項9記載の方法。
- 第2層に銅を合金する請求項9または10記載の方法。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法により製造された、ねずみ鋳鉄からなるシリンダースリーブ上に被覆される第1層としての銅または銅ベース合金の使用および第1層の上に被覆される第2層としてのアルミニウム3〜20質量%を有するZnAl合金の使用。
