Description
(1)
支持体の少なくとも片面に粘着剤層を備える貼付剤であって、
粘着剤層は架橋されており、粘着剤層は下記(A)成分〜(C)成分が配合されて得られる貼付剤:
(A)カルボキシル基を含有する単量体と、(メタ)アクリル酸エステルと、ビニルピロリドンとを必須成分として共重合させた共重合体;
(B)塩基性基を含有する単量体と、(メタ)アクリル酸エステルとを必須成分として共重合させた共重合体;および
(C)液状成分:
ここで、(A)成分と(B)成分の割合は、(A)成分45重量部に対して、(B)成分1.5〜12.5重量部である;
(2)
粘着剤層が、化学的架橋処理により架橋されている、(1)記載の貼付剤;
(3)
塩基性基は、置換されてもよいアミノ基、ピリジン基、およびイミダゾール基からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種以上である、(1)または(2)記載の貼付剤;並びに
(4)
(1)〜(3)いずれかに記載の貼付剤の粘着剤層が薬物を含む、貼付製剤;
を提供する。
また、低級1価アルコールとしては、メチルアルコール、エチルアルコール、プロピルアルコール、ブチルアルコールが挙げられ、これらは直鎖アルコールに限定されず分岐アルコールであってもよい。好ましくはイソプロピルアルコールが用いられる。従って、最も好ましい脂肪酸エステルは、ミリスチン酸イソプロピルである。
(共重合体の溶液の調製)
(A)成分として、72重量%のアクリル酸2−エチルヘキシルエステルと、25重量%のN−ビニル−2−ピロリドンと、3重量%のアクリル酸とを、共重合させたアクリル系共重合体(a)を用意した。また、比較例のために、ビニルピロリドンを含有しないアクリル系共重合体として、95重量%のアクリル酸2−エチルヘキシルエステルと、5重量%のアクリル酸とを共重合させたアクリル系共重合体(b)を用意した。
1.貼付剤
(実施例1〜4)
固形分として45部の、(A)成分としてのアクリル系共重合体(a)の溶液に、表1の配合量の上記(B)成分の溶液を加え、さらに表1の配合量の(C)成分としてのミリスチン酸イソプロピル(以下「IPM」)、架橋剤としてのエチルアセトアセテートアルミニウムジイソプロピレートを加え、濃度調整用のイソプロパノールおよび酢酸エチルを適量加えて、高速ミキサーにて攪拌して均一な粘着剤溶液を得た。なお、架橋剤は、アクリル系共重合体(a)の固形分100部に対して0.3部となるよう添加した。
(比較例1)
(B)成分を配合せず、表1の配合量の(C)成分としてのIPMを配合するほかは、実施例1〜4と同様にして、比較例1の貼付剤を作製した。
(比較例2〜4)
固形分として45部の(A)成分としてのアクリル系共重合体(a)の溶液の代わりに、固形分として55部のアクリル系共重合体(b)の溶液を用いたほかは、実施例と同様にして比較例2〜4の貼付剤を作製した。ここで、アクリル系共重合体(b)の配合量は、(B)成分を使用せず、アクリル系共重合体(a)を使用した比較例1と、(B)成分を使用せず、アクリル系共重合体(b)を使用した比較例4の接着力がほぼ同等となるように決定した。なお、架橋剤は、アクリル系共重合体(b)の固形分100部に対して0.3部となるよう添加した。
(評価値の測定方法)
<水分存在下での粘着剤層の凝集力>
ボランティア5名の上腕部内側にサンプルを貼付し、発汗または入浴1〜2時間後に剥離してその際の糊残りを下記基準の3段階で評価し、その平均点を求めた。
基準:
1 糊残りがまったく認められない
2 わずかに糊残りが認められる
3 明らかに糊残りが認められる
糊残りの多いものが、水分存在下での粘着剤層の凝集力が低いものと評価された。
<接着力>
ベークライト板に幅24mmに裁断した帯状の各製剤サンプルを貼付し、荷重300gのローラを1往復させて密着させたのち、180度方向に300mm/分の速度で剥離して、接着力(剥離力)を測定した。
<ゲル分率>
各サンプルを10cm2に裁断して粘着剤層の重量(W1)を測定した。次に、そのサンプルを100mlの酢酸エチルに24時間浸漬した後、酢酸エチルを交換した。この操作を3回繰り返し溶剤可溶分を抽出した。その後サンプルを取出し、乾燥させた後の粘着剤層の重量(W2)を測定し、下記式によってゲル分率を算出した。
ゲル分率(%)=(W2×l00)/(W1×A/B)
A=((A)成分+架橋剤)重量、
B=((A)成分+(B)成分+(C)成分+架橋剤+薬物(含まれる場合))重量
ゲル分率が高いものは粘着剤層が十分に架橋されたものと評価された。
<皮膚刺激>
評価者が評価製剤約10cm2の製剤を貼付し、2分後に剥離する際の刺激の有無を、以下の基準で評価した。
基準:
◎ 皮膚刺激がない
○ 皮膚刺激がほとんどない
△ やや皮膚刺激がある
× 強い皮膚刺激がある
結果を表1に示した。
表1から明らかなように、実施例の貼付剤はいずれも水分存在下での粘着剤層の凝集力、接着力およびゲル分率のいずれも高かった。
2.貼付製剤
実施例1〜4において、それぞれ40〜53部の(C)成分IPMのうちのそれぞれ1部を薬物インドメタシンに置き換えるほかは実施例1〜4と同様にして本発明の貼付製剤を作製する。本発明の貼付製剤は、本発明の貼付剤と同様に剥離時の糊残りが低減され、十分な皮膚接着力を有する。

Claims (4)
- 支持体の少なくとも片面に粘着剤層を備える貼付剤であって、
粘着剤層は架橋されており、粘着剤層は下記(A)成分〜(C)成分が配合されて得られる貼付剤:
(A)カルボキシル基を含有する単量体と、(メタ)アクリル酸エステルと、ビニルピロリドンとを必須成分として共重合させた共重合体;
(B)塩基性基を含有する単量体と、(メタ)アクリル酸エステルとを必須成分として共重合させた共重合体;および
(C)液状成分:
ここで、(A)成分と(B)成分の割合は、(A)成分45重量部に対して、(B)成分1.5〜12.5重量部である。 - 粘着剤層は化学的架橋処理により架橋されている、請求項1記載の貼付剤。
- 塩基性基は、置換されてもよいアミノ基、ピリジン基、およびイミダゾール基からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種以上である、請求項1または2記載の貼付剤。
- 請求項1〜3いずれかに記載の貼付剤の粘着剤層は薬物を含む、貼付製剤。
