Claims (3)
- 3wt%以下の粒径が10μm以上の粒子と、7wt%以上80wt%以下の1μm未満の粒子を含む正極活物質粒子を、1分以内にすべて沈降させる液体に、40wt%以内の濃度となるよう混合し、分散させた後、当該液体を除去して得られたことを特徴とするリチウム電池用正極活物質材料。
- 請求項1に記載のリチウム電池用正極活物質材料を含む正極を有することを特徴とするリチウム電池。
- 3wt%以下の粒径が10μm以上の粒子と、7wt%以上80wt%以下の1μm未満の粒子を含む正極活物質粒子を、1分以内にすべて沈降させる液体に、40wt%以内の濃度となるよう混合し、分散させた後、当該液体を除去して得ることを特徴とするリチウム電池用正極活物質材料の製造方法。
