Description
ポリマーで表面仕上げした紙(PE、PP、PET)を、エレクトロスピニング法、エレクトロスプレー法およびスプレー処理を用い、異なる化学物質を用いてコーティングした。用いたコーティング剤は、デンプン、スチレン/アクリルレート、スチレン/ブタジエン、スチレン/アクリロニトリル、またはAKD(アルキルケテン二量体)、ASAS、樹脂接着剤等の接着剤、またはステアリン酸カルシウム、有機トリグリセリド、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリエチレンオキシド、ポリエチレン等の異なる潤滑剤、および炭酸カルシウム、カオリン、デンプン、シリカ、ベントナイト等の異なる顔料、蛍光増白剤および着色剤ならびにこれらの混合物であった。コーティングは、0.0001〜1.0g/m2の量として、基材または反対側のポリマー表面に塗布した。

Claims (15)
- 紙または板基材またはその製品の表面接触領域を、当該表面上に、静電コーティング法によって、直接的に、境界潤滑剤の溶液、エマルションまたは分散物から、境界潤滑剤の粒子を静電的に堆積して層を形成することにより制御する方法であって、前記粒子が、0.00001〜1.0g/m 2 の範囲の量で堆積している、方法。
- 前記粒子が0.0001〜0.5g/m2の範囲の量で堆積している、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記粒子が、滑動の際に前記表面と他の類似または非類似の表面との間の負荷を支える、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記粒子が、加圧の際に前記表面と他の類似または非類似の表面との間の負荷を支える、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記表面接触領域が、固体と液体との間である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記表面接触領域が、固体と固体との間である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 境界潤滑剤が、C15−C21不飽和脂肪酸ならびにそれらのラクトン誘導体および金属塩および石鹸から選ばれる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記層が、基材とそれが接触している表面との間の相互作用より弱い、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記静電コーティング法がエレクトロスピニング法およびエレクトロスプレー法から選ばれる、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記静電コーティング法がエレクトロスピニング法である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記基材表面と他の表面との間の接触が弱められる、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 基材の表面接触領域を制御するための、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記制御が、接触を弱めることを含む、請求項12記載の方法。
- 基材が、密封が引き裂きにより開かれるよう調整された包装である、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子がブランク(blank)の切り出した裁ち端(cut raw edge)に堆積される、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
