Description
前記紙幣搬送路3は、紙幣挿入口5から奥側に向けて延出しており、その後方側で下方に向けて傾斜するように屈曲され、そして最終的に鉛直方向に向けて屈曲するように形成されている。紙幣搬送路3には、紙幣収容部100に紙幣を排出する排出口3aが形成されており、ここから排出される紙幣は、鉛直方向に向けて、紙幣収容部100の導入口(受入口)103に送り込まれる。

最初、押圧板115の駆動用のモータ20を所定量正転駆動することで、上記ST02において初期位置にある押圧板115を押圧位置まで移動させる(ST130)。このモータ20の正転回転駆動量は、モータ20がDCモータによって構成されていれば、例えばエンコーダを利用してパルスを発生させ、そのパルス数を計測することで所定の回転量を設定することが可能である。すなわち、このように駆動用のモータ20を所定量正転駆動することで、押圧板115は、本体側ギヤトレイン21、及び押圧板駆動機構120(収容部側ギヤトレイン124、可動部材122に形成されるラック、及びリンク部材115a,115b等)を介して初期位置から押圧位置に移動される。
上記した構成の紙幣処理装置によれば、紙幣収容部100内の載置プレート105上に紙幣が積層収容されて行くと、載置プレート105の位置は次第に移動し、磁気センサ140が載置プレート105に設置された磁石140Aの磁界を検知するようになる。磁気センサ140が磁界を検知すると(閾値を超えると)、制御手段のCPU210が紙幣収容部100内の紙幣が所定枚数になったか否か(満杯に近づいたか否か)を判別することが可能になる。このため、機械的に作動する部品数を少なくすることができ、安価に紙幣収容部内の紙幣の満杯を検出することが可能となる。

Claims (4)
- 紙葉類を積層収容する紙葉類収容部と、
前記紙葉類収容部内に設置され、紙葉類の積層収容に伴って移動する載置プレートと、
前記載置プレートに設置され、磁気を帯びた磁性体と、
前記磁性体の磁気量を検知する磁気センサと、
前記磁気センサにより検出した磁気量が閾値以上であるか否かを判別する判別手段と、
を有し、
前記磁気センサと磁性体との間に、前記載置プレートの移動方向に沿って、前記磁気センサに対する磁気を遮蔽する遮蔽体を設置し、
前記載置プレートの移動に伴って前記磁性体が遮蔽体に対して移動し、前記磁気センサによって磁気量が検知可能な位置を前記閾値として設定したことを特徴とする紙葉類処理装置。 - 前記判別手段によって、前記磁気量が閾値以上であると判別した場合、それを報知する報知手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の紙葉類処理装置。
- 前記紙葉類収容部へ紙葉類を搬送する搬送機構と、
前記搬送機構による紙葉類の搬送処理を制御する制御手段と、
を備えており、
前記制御手段は、前記判別手段によって前記磁気量が閾値以上であると判別した場合、前記紙葉類の搬送処理を無効にすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の紙葉類処理装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記判別手段によって前記前記磁気量が閾値以上であると判別した場合、紙葉類処理装置の動作を管理する外部装置に対してエラー信号を送信することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の紙葉類処理装置。
