Description
The present invention relates to a pressure / flow rate proportional control valve for controlling a flow rate of a fluid to be supplied by utilizing a change in pressure of the supplied fluid.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is that a conventionally required pressure sensor, control circuit, proportional operation valve, etc. are not required, and the flow rate of the controlled fluid is set to a predetermined value according to the change in the pressure of the main fluid by a simple mechanism. A pressure-flow proportional control valve that can be controlled is provided.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventor has conducted extensive research and examination, and as a result, connected the main fluid pipe line to the pressure chamber of the pressure-flow proportional control valve, and supplied the pressure by changing the pressure level. The valve that controls the flow rate of the fluid to be operated is operated and controlled, and the operation of the valve works against the pressure and is performed by a mechanism that balances at a predetermined flow rate, so that the flow rate is continuously increased to a predetermined flow rate. And it was possible to control smoothly.
That is, the present invention relates to the relationship between the controlled fluid and the main fluid whose pressure changes due to the inflow thereof
A control valve that adjusts the flow rate of the controlled fluid is configured to be controlled by an operating mechanism that forms an equilibrium relationship between the pressure or negative pressure of the main fluid and the force opposed thereto,
By making the equilibrium position of the operating mechanism adjustable according to the pressure to be set,
This is a pressure flow proportional control valve that can control the flow rate of the controlled fluid so that the flow rate according to the pressure set by the pressure change of the main fluid can be controlled.
Specifically, the opening degree of the control valve can be adjusted by the operation of the plunger, and the plunger forms the equilibrium relation by the pressure or negative pressure of the main fluid and the pressing force of the coil spring against the pressure. The above operation mechanism is configured by
The adjusting means for adjusting the operating position of the plunger can be adjusted so that the equilibrium position of the operating mechanism becomes a position corresponding to the pressure to be set.
The pressure-flow rate proportional control valve according to the present invention can control the flow rate of the controlled fluid by causing the control valve body of the controlled fluid to perform the mechanical operation corresponding to the pressure strength of the main fluid as it is. The pressure transmitted to the pressure chamber 2 in the pressure flow proportional control valve pushes back the plunger 5 that operates the valve body 6, so that the valve body 6 at the tip integrated with the plunger 5 becomes the valve of the control valve. The controlled fluid can flow away from the
Further, by adjusting the pressure adjusting screw 9 attached under the control valve body 1, the pressure can be set in the direction of opening and closing the control valve. Further, when the pressure is a negative pressure (vacuum pressure), the flow rate can be similarly controlled with a structure in which the direction in which the coil spring 8 applied to the valve body 6 acts is reversed. Further, instead of the above valve structure as the pressure adjusting means, a so-called cock can be used to operate similarly, and there is no restriction due to these so-called valve structures.
In order to control the flow rate of the controlled fluid in accordance with the pressure of the main fluid, the branch line from the
For example, when a pressure of 3 kgf / cm 2 (about 300 kPa) is applied to the pressure chamber 2, the pressure adjusting screw 9 is adjusted so as to supply the controlled fluid so that the valve body 6 is separated from the
Further, in order to determine whether the flow rate is large or small, if the inflow pressure of the controlled fluid flowing into the fluid inlet 3 is adjusted, as a means for that, the difference in the gap between the controlled
According to the present invention, a complicated mechanism including a conventional feedback circuit is not required, and the flow rate can be controlled continuously and smoothly up to the required flow rate with a simple mechanism.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.
[Example 1]
FIG. 3 shows an embodiment in which the pressure-flow proportional control valve according to the present invention is applied to the gas-liquid mixing device of the ultrafine bubble generator disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2005-295417 filed earlier by the present inventors.
First, the discharge pressure of the
As shown in FIG. 1, the structure of the pressure / flow
The valve body 6 is coupled to a plunger 5 that functions as a piston, and the pressure chamber 2 communicates with the main
The degree of opening and closing of the valve body 6 by the plunger 5 under the pressure of the pressure chamber 2 is changed by adjusting the pressing force to the plunger 5 by the coil spring 8 with the adjusting screw 9, and the pressure in the pressure chamber 2 and this adjustment are adjusted. There is an equilibrium relationship with the pressing force by the coil spring. Therefore, when the coil spring 8 is moved backward by the adjusting screw to reduce the pressing force in order to increase the flow rate of air as the controlled fluid, the plunger 5 is moved backward by the pressure placed in the
As a result, the pressure in the
As described above, since the pressure in the pressure chamber 2 and the pressing force by the adjusted coil spring 8 are in an equilibrium relationship, this operation works so as to converge toward this equilibrium state, like an operation by a so-called feedback circuit. In this way, the operation direction is alternately reversed, and an intermittent operation that converges toward a predetermined condition is not performed, and the equilibrium state can be smoothly reached and maintained.
In the present invention, the adjustment screw 9 must be set so as to achieve this equilibrium state at a predetermined pressure, but the relationship between the operation amount of the adjustment screw 9 and the pressure may be confirmed in advance by the
That is, the valve body 6 of the pressure-flow proportional control valve according to the present invention is opened under the pressure of the
In this way, the valve body 6 opens smoothly at 3.5 kgf / cm 2 (about 350 kPa) and closes at 3.5 kg / cm 2 or less, but it is introduced smoothly and smoothly until it reaches 3.5 kg / cm 2. Inhale stably by changing the air volume. This is because the operation of the plunger 5 acts smoothly toward the equilibrium state in accordance with the pressure of the
Under the above conditions, a mixture of air and water in a certain ratio passes through the

FIG. 4 shows an embodiment in which the pressure-flow proportional control valve according to the present invention is applied to a seawater desalination vacuum evaporator.
First, the vacuum suction force of the low
The structure of the pressure / flow proportional control valve operates as a negative pressure in the pressure chamber, so that the direction of pressure applied to the plunger 5 is the same as that shown in FIG.
With the above adjustment, the pressure-flow proportional control valve according to the present invention opens at 15 Torr or less, and operates in the closing direction at more than that.
Seawater is sucked into the
Vapor is sent into the cooling
Seawater that could not be evaporated in the
Since the evaporation temperature of water at 15 Torr is about 17.5 ° C, it is necessary to heat the seawater to 17.5 ° C or higher in advance during cold weather. A light condensing heating device is sufficient.
As shown in Embodiments 1 and 2 above, it does not matter whether the main fluid and the fluid to be controlled are different in the form of gas and liquid as the fluid to which the pressure-flow proportional control valve of the present invention can be applied. Furthermore, even if the same fluid form is changed, the principle of the present invention can be equally applied as long as there is a correlation between the flow rate and pressure of the main fluid and the controlled fluid. There is no change as an application target of the present invention.
