Description
請求項2に係る発明の特徴は、請求項1において、前記舌片部は、前記球状弁体に押圧されて前記固定部の他方側内縁側の端面に当接したとき、所定の角度だけ前記弁座側に傾いて配置されるとともに、前記球状弁体を前記弁室の周壁に押圧させることである。
請求項2に係る発明によれば、舌片部は、弁体に押圧されて固定部の他方側内縁側の端面に当接したとき、所定の角度だけ弁座側に傾いて配置されるとともに、球状弁体を弁室の周壁に押圧させるので、球状弁体は、舌片部および弁室の周壁に当接して安定的に保持される。これにより、球状弁体は、ポンプ吐出圧の脈動に影響され共振して振動することはないとともに、振動によって周壁と小刻みに衝突して異音を発生する虞もない。
Claims (7)
- 流入ポートと流出ポートとの間に弁室が形成された本体と、前記弁室に収容された球状弁体と、前記球状弁体が着座することにより作動液が前記弁室から前記流入ポートに流出することを遮断する弁座と、前記球状弁体を前記弁座に着座する方向に付勢する弾性部材とを備えたチェック弁において、
前記弾性部材は、前記弁室の周壁に固定される環状の固定部と、前記固定部の一方側内縁と基端で連結され、先端が前記固定部の他方側内縁を越えるように前記弁室を横切って延在し、前記固定部より前記弁座側に変位して形成され、中央部分で前記球状弁体に弾性的に当接して前記球状弁体を前記弁座に離脱可能に圧着させる舌片部を有することを特徴とするチェック弁。 - 請求項1において、前記舌片部は、前記球状弁体に押圧されて前記固定部の他方側内縁側の端面に当接したとき、所定の角度だけ前記弁座側に傾いて配置されるとともに、前記球状弁体を前記弁室の周壁に押圧させることを特徴とするチェック弁。
- 請求項1または請求項2において、前記弾性部材は、前記固定部及び前記舌片部が一体に形成され、前記舌片部の先端が前記固定部の他方側内縁を越える長さとなるように圧延された圧延部を備えることを特徴とするチェック弁。
- 請求項3において、前記圧延部は前記舌片部の先端に設けられたことを特徴とするチェック弁。
- 請求項3において、前記圧延部は前記舌片部の中央に設けられたことを特徴とするチェック弁。
- 請求項3において、前記圧延部は前記固定部の他方側内縁に設けられたことを特徴とするチェック弁。
- 作動液の一方向への流れを許容し他方向への流れを遮断するチェック弁が設けられホイールシリンダに供給される作動液の液圧を制御するブレーキ液圧制御装置において、
請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のチェック弁が前記ブレーキ液圧制御装置に設けられたチェック弁であることを特徴とするブレーキ液圧制御装置。
