Description
伝送される場合、このPSDは、周波数領域における漏話結合関数によって乗算され、その結果の漏話は近傍のペアに結合する。スペクトル互換性は、同じツイストペアケーブルで伝送を行う異なるシステム間での漏話が、どのシステムの性能にも重大な低下はもたらさないという特性である。スペクトル管理とは、スペクトル互換性が保証されるようにループ設備においてDSLを展開する処理である。現在のスペクトル管理の技術では、ANSI公認のDSL規格委員会TIE1.4によって開発されたスペクトル管理標準ANSI T1.417で実施されているように、ループ設備全体に厳格なルールを均一に適用する。これらのルールでは、漏話源の個別のタイプ、および特定のケーブルの漏話結合は考慮されておらず、スペクトル管理標準で想定される近傍の最悪ケースの結合とは相当に異なることがある。
Claims (15)
- 複数のデジタル加入者線の管理のためのシステムであって、
第1のデジタル加入者線のノイズを測定する手段と、
前記測定されたノイズを漏話成分と電磁干渉(EMI)成分に分離する手段と、
受信した信号および前記測定されたノイズからクロストーカの送信PSD(パワースペクトル密度)を推定し、推定した前記送信PSDと受信した前記漏話PSDの組み合わせを使用して、前記測定された実際のペア間の漏話結合を推定する手段と、
前記漏話成分を生じるディスターバのタイプを識別する手段と、
漏話が問題になっている場合、
前記漏話成分を生じる前記ディスターバのタイプに一部分基づいて、前記漏話成分を生じる実際の漏話ディスターバを識別する手段と、
前記識別されたディスターバのPSDを低下させる手段と、
前記PSDの低下で問題が修正されない場合に前記第1のデジタル加入者線上の漏話を減少させるために前記識別されたディスターバを再割当てする手段と
を含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記ノイズのEMI成分を解析する手段と、
電子的EMI修正を実施する手段と
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記電子的EMI修正を実施する手段は、EMIキャンセレーションを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記デジタル加入者線ループのシールドされてない成分を修復するための通知を伝達する手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のデジタル加入者線が閾値ビットレートに達するのを前記識別されたディスターバが許さない再割り当ての場合を通知する手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のデジタル加入者線上のインパルスノイズを検出する手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- フォワードエラーコーディングを増加することによって前記インパルスノイズの電子的修正を行う手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- インパルスノイズに応じてDSL(デジタル加入者線)シールディングを増加させるための通知を伝達する手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 複数のデジタル加入者線の管理のための方法であって、
第1のデジタル加入者線のノイズを測定することと、
前記測定されたノイズを漏話成分と電磁干渉(EMI)成分に分離することと、
受信した信号および前記測定されたノイズからクロストーカの送信PSD(パワースペクトル密度)を推定し、推定した前記送信PSDと受信した前記漏話PSDの組み合わせを使用して、前記測定された実際のペア間の漏話結合を推定することと、
前記漏話成分を生じるディスターバのタイプを識別することと、
漏話が問題になっている場合、
前記漏話成分を生じる前記ディスターバのタイプに一部分基づいて、前記漏話成分を生じる実際の漏話ディスターバを識別することと、
前記識別されたディスターバのPSDを低下させることと、
前記PSDの低下で問題が修正されない場合に前記第1のデジタル加入者線上の漏話を減少させるために前記識別されたディスターバを再割当てすることと
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ノイズのEMI成分が前記第1のデジタル加入者線上の前記DSLサービスを低下させるかどうかを決定し、前記EMI成分が前記DSLサービスを低下させる場合には、前記ノイズのEMI成分をEMIキャンセレーションを介して減少させることをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記EMIキャンセレーションが前記ノイズのEMI成分を充分に減少させない場合に、修理通知を伝達することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のデジタル加入者線が閾値ビットレートに達するのを前記識別されたディスターバが許さない再割り当ての場合を通知することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のデジタル加入者線上のインパルスノイズを検出することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- フォワードエラーコーディングを増加することによって前記インパルスノイズの電子的修正を行うことをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- インパルスノイズに応じてDSL(デジタル加入者線)シールディングを増加させるための通知を伝達することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
