Claims (7)
- ガスタービンエンジン燃焼器のライナの取付組立体であって、
前記燃焼器は、燃焼ケーシングと、前記燃焼ケーシング内に位置付けられた燃焼器ライナと、前記燃焼器ライナから半径方向外側に離間された環状流れスリーブとを備え、前記取付組立体は、
前記燃焼器ライナの半径方向外面を取り囲み、複数の軸方向に延びる指部を備える内側リングと、
前記内側リングの半径方向外面から外側リングまで半径方向延びる複数のスペーサを介して、前記内側リングに連結される半径方向外側リングと、
前記複数の軸方向に延びる指部を前記燃焼器ライナに連結する少なくとも1つのクランプ締め具と
を備え、
前記半径方向外側リングは、前記複数のスペーサから外側に延びる前方縁部と、前記前方縁部から半径方向外側に延びるフランジとを備え、
前記フランジは、前記環状流れスリーブと前記燃焼ケーシングとに連結され、
前記少なくとも1つのクランプ締め具は、前記燃焼器ライナの半径方向外面の外形と相補的な形状の表面外形を有し、
前記複数の軸方向に延びる指部は、第1の材料から構成され、
前記内側リングは、前記第1の材料と異なる第2の材料から構成される、
組立体。 - 前記燃焼ケーシングは、
後方燃焼ケーシングと連結した前方燃焼ケーシングと、
前記前方燃焼ケーシングから外側に延びるフランジと
を備え、
前記半径方向外側リングのフランジは、前記燃焼ケーシングのフランジと連結するように構成されている請求項1に記載の組立体。 - 前記複数の軸方向に延びる指部は、前記内側リングの前方縁部の周りに、周方向に離間されている請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記第1の材料の熱膨張率は、前記第2の材料の熱膨張率よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機と流れ連通するタービンと、
ガスタービンケーシングと、
前記ガスタービンケーシングの周りに環状の配列で配置される複数の燃焼器とを備え、前記燃焼器の各々は、
外側ケーシングと、
前記外側ケーシング内に半径方向に位置付けられる流れスリーブと、
前記流れスリーブ内に半径方向に位置付けられ、セラミックス系複合材料(CMC)を含む燃焼器ライナと、
前記燃焼器ライナ用の取付組立体と
を備え、前記取付組立体は、
前記燃焼器ライナの半径方向外面を取り囲み、複数の軸方向に延びる指部を含む内側リングと、
前記内側リングの半径方向外面から外側リングまで半径方向延びる複数のスペーサを介して、前記内側リングに連結される半径方向外側リングと、
前記複数の軸方向に延びる指部を前記燃焼器ライナに連結する少なくとも1つのクランプ締め具と
を備え、
前記半径方向外側リングは、前記複数のスペーサから外側に延びる前方縁部と、前記前方縁部から半径方向外側に延びるフランジとを備え、
前記フランジは、前記環状流れスリーブと前記燃焼ケーシングとに連結され、
前記少なくとも1つのクランプ締め具は、前記燃焼器ライナの半径方向外面の外形と相補的な形状の表面外形を有し、
前記複数の軸方向に延びる指部は、第1の材料から構成され、
前記内側リングは、前記第1の材料と異なる第2の材料から構成される、
ガスタービンエンジン。 - 前記第1の材料の熱膨張率は、前記第2の材料の熱膨張率よりも大きい請求項5に記載のガスタービンエンジン。
- 前記少なくとも1つのクランプ締め具は、前記少なくとも1つの締め具により生じたクランプ力が上昇した動作温度でも維持されるように、前記燃焼器ライナと前記内側リングとの間の熱的伸長差を補償するように構成された複数の金属を含む請求項5に記載のガスタービンエンジン。
