Claims (9)
- 車両用油圧装置であり、
第一の供給ラインを介して加圧流体を高圧回路へ供給するための高圧ポンプと、
第二の供給ラインを介して加圧流体を低圧回路へ供給するための低圧ポンプと、
前記高圧回路とリザーバとの間の連通を制御する締切弁と、
前記第一の供給ラインに接続された入口と、前記第二の供給ラインに接続された出口と、前記第一の供給ラインと連通している圧力検知ポートと、前記高圧回路の必要性が満たされると開き且つ流体を前記高圧ポンプによって生成される圧力よりも低い圧力で前記第一の供給ラインから前記第二の供給ラインへ供給する圧力調整逃がし弁と、
前記高圧回路の動作の関数として前記締切弁を制御する制御ユニットとを含み、
前記締切弁が、前記高圧回路と連通している入口と、リザーバ及び弁部材に連通している出口とを有し、前記弁部材が、前記入口が前記出口と自由に連通する第一の位置と、前記入口がオリフィスを介して前記出口と連通する第二の位置とを有している、車両用油圧装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用油圧装置であり、
前記高圧回路がトランスミッションの動作の関数として前記締切弁を制御するようになされている車両用油圧装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用油圧装置であり、
前記高圧回路が無限可変トランスミッションの一部分を形成しており、
前記制御ユニットが前記無限可変トランスミッションの動作の関数として前記締切弁を制御している車両用油圧装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用油圧装置であり、
前記高圧ポンプと前記低圧ポンプとがエンジンによって駆動される車両用油圧装置。 - 高圧回路によって制御されるアクチュエータを備えた静圧ユニットと、低圧回路によって制御される制御クラッチとを備えているトランスミッションを駆動するエンジンを備えた車両のための油圧装置であって、
加圧流体を第一の供給ラインを介して前記高圧回路に供給するための高圧容積形ポンプと、
低圧流体を第二の供給ラインを介して前記低圧回路に供給するための低圧容積形ポンプと、
前記高圧回路の必要性が満たされると作動して、流体を前記高圧ポンプによって形成される圧力よりも低い圧力で前記第一の供給ラインから前記第二の供給ラインへ供給する圧力応答弁と、
前記高圧回路とリザーバとの間の連通を制御する締切弁と、
前記第一の供給ラインに接続された入口と、前記第二の供給ラインに接続された出口と、前記第一の供給ラインと連通している圧力検知ポートとを有する圧力調整逃がし弁であって、前記高圧回路の必要性が満たされると開いて流体を前記高圧ポンプによって形成される圧力より低い圧力で前記第一の供給ラインから前記第二の供給ラインへ供給する前記圧力調整逃がし弁と、
前記締切弁を前記高圧回路の動作の関数として制御する制御ユニットとを含む油圧装置。 - 請求項5に記載の油圧装置であって、
前記締切弁は、前記高圧回路と連通した入口と、リザーバと連通している出口と、弁部材とを備え、当該弁部材が、前記入口が前記出口と自由に連通している第一の位置と、前記入口がオリフィスを介して前記出口と連通する第二の位置とを有している油圧装置。 - 請求項5に記載の油圧装置であって、
前記制御ユニットが、前記トランスミッションの動作の関数として前記締切弁を制御するようになされている油圧装置。 - 請求項5に記載の油圧装置であって、
前記トランスミッションが無限可変トランスミッションを含んでおり、前記制御ユニットが前記無限可変トランスミッションの動作の関数として前記締切弁を制御するようになされた油圧装置。 - 請求項5に記載の油圧装置であって、
前記高圧ポンプと前記低圧ポンプとが前記エンジンによって駆動される油圧装置。
