Description
前記超音波トランスデューサ部を収容する外装部材と、
前記外装部材に設けられた開口と、
前記外装部材内に配置され、前記超音波トランスデューサ部に接続する熱伝導部材と、
前記外装部材の外面に設けられ、前記開口を介して前記熱伝導部材に接続する放熱部材と、
を具備する。
本実施形態によっても第1の実施形態と同様の効果を得ることができる。
Claims (11)
- 複数の超音波トランスデューサを有する超音波トランスデューサ部と、
前記超音波トランスデューサ部を収容する外装部材と、
前記外装部材に設けられた開口と、
前記外装部材内に配置され、前記超音波トランスデューサ部の裏面に接続する熱伝導部材と、
前記外装部材の外面に沿って設けられた板状の部材であって、一部が前記開口内に位置しており、該一部が前記開口を介して前記熱伝導部材に接続する放熱部材と、
を具備する体腔内用の超音波探触子。 - 前記放熱部材は、前記超音波トランスデューサ部と絶縁している請求項1に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記熱伝導部材及び前記放熱部材の少なくとも一方は絶縁性を有する請求項2に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記熱伝導部材及び前記放熱部材は熱伝導率が10W/(m・K)以上である請求項1に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記放熱部材はステンレス鋼である請求項4に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記超音波トランスデューサ部はバッキング部材を有し、
前記熱伝導部材は、前記バッキング部材に接続し、
前記バッキング部材は、絶縁性の基材に、該基材より熱伝導率が高いフィラーを混合した材料により形成されている請求項1に記載の超音波探触子。 - 前記超音波トランスデューサは、電極を介して積層された複数の圧電体を有する請求項1に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記外装部材は熱伝導率が10W/(m・K)以上である請求項1に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記外装部材はステンレス鋼である請求項8に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記超音波トランスデューサ部に接続し、前記超音波トランスデューサの駆動信号を伝達する信号線と、
前記外装部材内に設けられ、前記信号線を収容し、端部が前記熱伝導部材に接続する信号線収容部と、
前記信号線収容部に充填された熱伝導性充填剤と、
を具備する請求項1に記載の超音波探触子。 - 前記熱伝導性充填剤の熱伝導率は2W/(m・K)以上である請求項10に記載の超音波探触子。
