Claims (4)
- 非鉄金属の溶融炉で生じた浮滓を攪拌破砕し、該浮滓に混入している非鉄金属溶融物を浮滓破砕物から比重分離して回収するのに用いる浮滓処理装置であって、
上方に開放して浮滓を収容する浮滓処理槽と、該浮滓処理槽内に配置する攪拌羽根と、該攪拌羽根の回転駆動手段と、前記比重分離した非鉄金属溶融物を流出させるために前記浮滓処理槽を傾かせる傾動手段と、前記撹拌羽根を内側に配置した浮滓処理槽と前記回転駆動手段とが固設された台座とを備え、
前記浮滓処理槽の槽本体の底部中央位置に、直立する筒状部が一体形成されると共に、該筒状部の内側に、回転駆動軸が断熱材を介して当該筒状部とは非接触状態で同心状に配置し、
前記筒状部の頂端より上方突出した前記回転駆動軸の頂部に、前記攪拌羽根の取付基部が相対回転不能に連結されると共に、該取付基部の外周面の径方向両側に前記撹拌羽根の縦角棒体がその上段部を連結して垂下され、
前記縦角棒体に、基端側を溶接固着して浮滓処理層の半径方向に沿って斜め下向きに配置した複数本の角棒状羽根片が設けられ、縦角棒体の下端部に溶接固着した三角羽根板が設けられ、
前記縦角棒体と前記筒状部の外周面との間には、第1間隙が設定されると共に、前記取付基部の下端面と前記筒状部の頂端との間には、第2間隙が設定され、
前記回転駆動手段は前記回転駆動軸をその下端側で回転駆動させるように構成され、
前記台座には、回転保持筒が立設されると共に、該回転保持筒の内側上下位置にブシュが設けられ、そして、当該回転保持筒が、前記ブシュを介して回転自在に前記回転駆動軸を抱持すると共に、前記槽本体の筒状部の内周と前記回転軸保持筒の外周との間に前記断熱材が介在されるように該筒状部内に突入配置され、
前記傾動手段は、前記台座ごと前記浮滓処理槽を傾けてなる非鉄金属溶湯の浮滓処理装置。 - 前記攪拌羽根を内側に配置した前記浮滓処理槽と、前記回転駆動手段とが台車に搭載されてなる請求項1に記載の非鉄金属溶湯の浮滓処理装置。
- 前記台車に前記傾動手段が搭載されてなる請求項2に記載の非鉄金属溶湯の浮滓処理装置。
- 前記攪拌羽根の取付基部が前記回転駆動軸の頂部に対して着脱可能である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の非鉄金属溶湯の浮滓処理装置。
