Abstract
【解決手段】上方に開放した浮滓処理槽1と、浮滓処理槽1内に配置する攪拌羽根2と、攪拌羽根2の回転駆動手段3と、浮滓収容槽1を傾かせる傾動手段4とを備え、浮滓処理槽1の槽本体10の底壁部10b中央位置に、直立する筒状部11が一体形成され、筒状部11の内側に、回転駆動軸5が断熱材6を介して非接触状態で同心状に配置し、筒状部11の頂端11aより突出した回転駆動軸5の頂部5aに、攪拌羽根2の取付基部20が連結され、回転駆動手段3は回転駆動軸5を回転駆動させるように構成されてなる。

Claims (6)
- 非鉄金属の溶融炉で生じた浮滓を攪拌破砕し、該浮滓に混入している非鉄金属溶融物を浮滓破砕物から比重分離して回収するのに用いる浮滓処理装置であって、
上方に開放して浮滓を収容する浮滓処理槽と、該浮滓処理槽内に配置する攪拌羽根と、該攪拌羽根の回転駆動手段と、前記比重分離した非鉄金属溶融物を流出させるために前記浮滓収容槽を傾かせる傾動手段とを備え、
前記浮滓処理槽の槽本体の底部中央位置に、直立する筒状部が一体形成されると共に、該筒状部の内側に、回転駆動軸が断熱材を介して当該筒状部とは非接触状態で同心状に配置し、
前記筒状部の頂端より上方突出した前記回転駆動軸の頂部に、前記攪拌羽根の取付基部が相対回転不能に連結され、
前記回転駆動手段は前記回転駆動軸をその下端側で回転駆動させるように構成されてなる非鉄金属溶湯の浮滓処理装置。 - 前記攪拌羽根を内側に配置した前記浮滓処理槽と、前記回転駆動手段とが台座上に固設され、前記傾動手段が該台座ごと浮滓処理槽を傾けるものである請求項1に記載の非鉄金属溶湯の浮滓処理装置。
- 前記台座に、前記回転駆動軸をブシュ又は/及び軸受を介して回転自在に抱持する回転軸保持筒が立設され、この回転軸保持筒が前記槽本体の筒状部内に突入配置すると共に、該筒状部の内周と前記回転軸保持筒の外周との間に断熱材が介在してなる請求項2に記載の非鉄金属溶湯の浮滓処理装置。
- 前記攪拌羽根を内側に配置した前記浮滓処理槽と、前記回転駆動手段とが台車に搭載されてなる請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の非鉄金属溶湯の浮滓処理装置。
- 前記台車に前記傾動手段が搭載されてなる請求項4に記載の非鉄金属溶湯の浮滓処理装置。
- 前記攪拌羽根の取付基部が前記回転駆動軸の頂部に対して着脱可能である請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の非鉄金属溶湯の浮滓処理装置。
