−予備成型品の周囲を囲む熱源が存在しているので、予備成形物を部分的に回転させる必要がないこと。

Claims (10)
- 可塑性物体を製造するための予備成形物の加熱装置であって、
加熱装置に挿入されることが可能な少なくとも1つの予備成形物(10)に対して放射によって予め決められた熱量を伝達するために、電流を流すことで少なくとも1つの熱伝達手段(4)に電磁流を適切に引き起こすことが可能な少なくとも1つの誘導手段(2)を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの誘導手段(2)を部分的に囲み、かつ前記少なくとも1つの熱伝達手段(4)の周囲に配置されている環状の前記電磁流の集中手段(3)が設けられ、該熱伝達手段は、誘導手段(2)と少なくとも1つの予備成形物(10)の間に配置されている多角形断面をしたリングから構成されていることを特徴とする予備成形物の加熱装置。 - 支持手段(5)は、前記リング(4)のために設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記支持手段(5)は、前記リング(4)に接する個別に分離された金属タブ(7)を有し、該金属タブ(7)は、前記リング(4)と残りの装置構成要素との間の良好な断熱を可能とすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記支持手段(5)は、前記リング(4)を支持するため、該支持手段(5)の端部を曲げて作られた先端部(8)を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記支持手段(5)は、低熱伝導断熱材料からなる少なくとも1つのプレート(5’)を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 2つ以上のプレート(5’)は、互いに相補的な形状で設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- ギャップ(9)は、前記少なくとも1つの伝達手段(4)と前記集中手段(3)の間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- ギャップ(9)は、前記少なくとも1つの伝達手段(4)と前記少なくとも1つのプレート(5’)の間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 留め手段(11)によって相互に結合された、基部(1)と装置中央支持部(6)とが設けられていることを特徴とする前述の請求項のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 予備成形物加熱の集中性をさらに向上させるために、少なくとも1つの予備成形物(10)の体部と装置の内部構成要素との間に配置された調節可能スクリーン(13)が設けられることを特徴とする前述の請求項のいずれかに記載の装置。
