Claims (5)
- できるだけ代表的なサンプルを得るため検査すべき金属板の表面のジグザグサンプリングを可能にするために、横方向移動のための手段(8)及び同期動作手段が装備された、金属板生産ラインにおける残留酸化物を検出及び分類する装置であって、
高解像度カメラ(1)と、ストロボライト(6)と光拡散表面(7)とから成る照明装置(6,7)を気密に内蔵するフレーム構造またはボックス(4)と、
フレーム構造またはボックス(4)を金属板の移動方向とは直交する方向に往復移動自在に支持するキャリッジ(8)と、
カメラ(1)の画像(ビデオ)を受け入れ、得られた画像を処理し、残留酸化物を検出し、それらを大きさにより分類し、それらの表面部分の品質を、それらに属する画像群の統計的分析に基づいて評価するソフトウエアを記録したPC(3)と、から成り、
上記フレーム構造またはボックス(4)の運動は、マイクロコントローラまたはオートマトン(14)によってモニタされ、更に、通信ポート(16−16')を通じてPC(3)に伝送され、照明装置(6,7)とカメラ(1)による画像取得がモニタされることを特徴とする上記の金属板生産ラインにおける残留酸化物を検出及び分類する装置。 - 前記フレーム構造またはボックス(4)が、それの前記金属板(2)の前進方向に対する側方への水平移動を可能にし、それによって十分に典型的なサンプリング表面を得ることができるようにするモータを備えたキャリッジ(8)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の金属板生産ラインにおける残留酸化物を検出及び分類する装置。
- 前記フレーム構造またはボックス(4)に、作動位置に向かって前記ボックス(4)を垂直移動させることが可能なキャリッジ(9)が含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の金属板生産ラインにおける残留酸化物を検出及び分類する装置。
- 前記フレームまたはボックス(4)内に、前記カメラ(1)を垂直移動する手段(9)が設けられ、前記フレームまたはボックス(4)外壁に前記フレーム構造(4)と検査すべき前記金属板の表面との間隔を検出する超音波センサ(10)が設けられ、その垂直移動手段(9)が、超音波センサ(10)の出力に応じてプログラマブルオートマトン(14)によって電気的に制御され、前記カメラ(1)と検査される前記金属板の表面との距離が一定に保たれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一に記載の金属板生産ラインにおける残留酸化物を検出及び分類するための装置。
- 前記フレーム構造(4)が、埃の侵入を防ぐために、パネル(5)によって密封され、その下方ベースに配置されたウィンドウに前記カメラレンズ(1)が対向するガラスを装着されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の金属板生産ラインにおける残留酸化物を検出及び分類するための装置。
