Claims (4)
- 上面が開口する有底筒形状の電池缶と、正極と負極とを有して前記電池缶内に収容される電極体と、前記電池缶の開口上面を塞ぐ蓋と、前記正極および前記負極のいずれか一方が接続される出力端子と、前記蓋に形成されて前記出力端子が絶縁ガスケットを介して貫通状に取り付けられる端子取付孔とを含み、前記出力端子の下部、および前記蓋の内面が電池内に露出しており、前記負極の負極活物質としては、リチウム金属またはリチウム合金を用いた密閉型電池において、
前記絶縁ガスケットは、前記出力端子を前記蓋から絶縁する絶縁部と、前記絶縁部の下面の周縁から下方へ延びて前記出力端子の下部を取り囲む遮蔽部とを有することを特徴とする密閉型電池。 - 前記電極体の上側に平板状の絶縁板を配してあり、
前記絶縁ガスケットの前記遮蔽部の下端が、前記絶縁板に当たることで前記電極体の上方への移動を規制する請求項1記載の密閉型電池。 - 前記絶縁ガスケットの前記絶縁部の下側に押さえ板を配してあり、
前記出力端子が、前記押さえ板および前記絶縁ガスケットの前記絶縁部を介して前記端子取付孔の周縁に固定されており、
前記絶縁ガスケットの前記遮蔽部が、前記出力端子の下部および前記押さえ板を取り囲んでいる請求項1又は2記載の密閉型電池。 - 前記絶縁ガスケットの前記遮蔽部内において、前記出力端子の下部が絶縁材で被覆されている請求項1又は2又は3記載の密閉型電池。
