・1.76部の、両末端をジメチルヒドロキシシロキシ活性基でブロックされ、9重量%のOHを含有し、25℃において50mPa・sの粘度を有するポリジメチルシロキサンオイル(f1);
・1.32部の、両末端をメチルビニルヒドロキシシロキシ活性基でブロックされ、9重量%のOH及び鎖中における3重量%のVi基を含有し、25℃において25mPa・sの粘度を有するポリ(メチルビニル)シロキサンオイル(f2);
・13.68部の、D4(オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン)で処理された200m2/gの比表面積を有する燃焼シリカ(b1);
・7.08部の、150m2/gの比表面積を有する燃焼シリカ(b2)。
・AFNOR NF T 46002規格に従う破壊強度(B/S)(MPa)
・AFNOR NF T 46002規格に従う破断点伸び(E/B)(%)
・AFNOR NF T 46002規格に従う100%弾性率(EM)(MPa)。
Claims (6)
- 熱で加硫させてシリコーンエラストマーにすることができるポリオルガノシロキサン組成物であって、
・少なくとも1種のポリオルガノシロキサンガム(a)100重量部;
・ヒュームドシリカ、沈降シリカ、アルミナ又はこれらの種の混合物から成る補強用フィラー(群)(b)15〜100部;
・有機過酸化物(c)0.2〜8部;
・酸化亜鉛(d)0.2〜10部;
・酸化カルシウム(e)0.1〜15部;
・成分(g){白金金属(元素状)の重量で表わして}0.0001〜0.02部(即ち10ppm〜200ppm);
・少なくとも1種の結晶質シリカから成る充填用フィラー(群)(i)10〜100部;及び
・ウォラストナイト類に属する種(j)0.5〜10部:
より成る、前記ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。 - 前記成分(a)がビニル基0〜4重量%を含有し且つ25℃において100万mPa・s超の粘度を有する少なくとも1種のポリオルガノシロキサンポリマーから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 成分(j)がメタケイ酸カルシウム(CaSiO3)又はウォラストナイト;カルシウム及びナトリウム混合メタケイ酸塩又はペクトライト(NaCa2HSi3O9);カルシウム及びマンガン混合メタケイ酸塩[CaMn(SiO3)2]又はバスタマイトから選択される少なくとも1種のより成る群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリオルガノシロキサンガム(a)100重量部に対して15重量部までの補助添加剤(群)(f)をさらに含み、この成分(f)が「構造化防止用」物質(f1);及び/又は少なくとも1種のポリシロキサン樹脂(f2);及び/又は少なくとも1種の安定剤(f3);及び/又は少なくとも1種のカップリング剤(f4);及び/又は少なくとも1種の着色顔料(f5);及び/又は少なくとも1種のホウ素含有化合物(f6)より成る群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の熱加硫性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を架橋させることによって得られるシリコーンエラストマー。
- 火に対して保護された電気ケーブル又は電気ケーブルの組成中に入れられるモノコンダクター用の一次外被又は一次絶縁体を製造するための請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の組成物の使用であって、
各モノコンダクターの周りに前記組成物を付着させ、押出又は熱可塑性ポリマーとの共押出を行い、次いで塩浴中で100℃〜200℃の範囲の材料温度で架橋させてシリコーンエラストマーにすることから成る、前記使用。
