Description

・1つまたはそれ以上の追加含浸装置、特に成形装置の前において;
・1つまたはそれ以上の、束の位置決め手段;
などの1つまたはそれ以上を含むことができる。
Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1種の補強材料を有する紐状物の少なくとも1つの束を集め、ここで該紐状物の少なくとも幾つかはさらに第1の熱可塑性有機材料を含み、
当該紐状物の少なくとも1つの束を加熱し及び形成し、
少なくとも第2の熱可塑性有機材料が供給されているダイを通過させられることにより、当該紐状物の少なくとも1つの束を被覆させて、被覆された紐状物の束を形成させ、ここで、該第2の熱可塑性有機材料は、ポリオレフィン、ポリ塩化ビニル及びエラストマーから選択されるものであり、そして
該被覆された紐状物の束を棒状物に切断し、ここで、当該被覆された紐状物の束は、補強材料80重量%超および最終水分含量少なくとも0.1重量%を有する
ことを含む、補強材凝縮物の棒状物を製造する方法。 - 前記紐状物の少なくともいくつかが、該補強材料及び第1の熱可塑性有機材料から形成されている複合紐状物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記束を加熱するための少なくとも1つの加熱器、少なくとも1つの成形装置、少なくとも1つの被覆ダイおよび少なくとも1つの切断装置を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法を実施するための装置。
- 紐状物の少なくとも1つの束が、ガラス、炭素及びアラミドからなる群から選択される補強材を含み、ここで該紐状物の少なくとも幾つかはさらに第1の熱可塑性有機材料を含み、前記紐状物の少なくとも1つの束は、さらに第2の熱可塑性有機材料の被覆を含み、前記被覆された紐状物の束は、補強材料80重量%超および最終水分含量少なくとも0.1重量%を有する、補強材が凝縮された棒状物。
- 微小繊維含有量60mg/kg未満を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の棒状物。
- 請求項4または5に記載の棒状物を使用する成形により得られる複合材料。
