Description
[1]連続焼鈍炉出側における冷延鋼板の冷却方法であって、
鋼板表面にミスト状とした冷却水を噴霧して鋼板温度を100℃以下に冷却するミスト噴霧ステップと、
鋼板の表面に冷却水を噴射および鋼板を水冷槽に浸漬することにより、前記ミスト噴霧ステップにより100℃以下に冷却された鋼板にさらに水冷を行う水冷ステップとを有し、
前記水冷ステップにおける冷却開始後1秒以内に鋼板温度を40℃以下に冷却することを特徴とする冷延鋼板の冷却方法。
[1]本発明例:水冷槽内水温25〜30℃、水噴射手段使用(噴射水温約25〜30℃)、ミスト噴霧手段使用(ミスト平均粒子径50μm以下)
[2]比較例:水冷槽内水温25〜30℃、水噴射手段使用(噴射水温約25〜30℃)、ミスト噴霧手段不使用
なお、水噴射手段4による冷却水の噴射圧力は2.5〜3.0kg/cm2とした。

Claims (1)
- 連続焼鈍炉出側における冷延鋼板の冷却方法であって、
鋼板表面にミスト状とした冷却水を噴霧して鋼板温度を100℃以下に冷却するミスト噴霧ステップと、
鋼板の表面に冷却水を噴射および鋼板を水冷槽に浸漬することにより、前記ミスト噴霧ステップにより100℃以下に冷却された鋼板にさらに水冷を行う水冷ステップとを有し、
前記水冷ステップにおける冷却開始後1秒以内に鋼板温度を40℃以下に冷却することを特徴とする冷延鋼板の冷却方法。
