Description
しかも、本発明によれば、従来のフィン付き伝熱管即ち外部に伝熱面が全面的に露出した伝熱管の一部を熱電変換モジュール付き伝熱管と置換することで容易に実現できる。
また、本発明によれば、伝熱面が全面的に露出した円形の伝熱管の外面に沿って流れ落ちる加熱流体は、熱電変換モジュール付き伝熱管の周りに移行しても、加熱流体の流れの方向に変動を与えるような表面の凹凸がないため、熱電変換モジュールの表面に沿って流れることが可能となる。

Claims (3)
- 鉛直に設置した伝熱管の内部を下端から導入された液化ガスが上昇させられる一方、前記伝熱管の外部では前記伝熱管の外面に沿って加熱流体が流れ落ちる構造の気化器において、
前記伝熱管は、外部に伝熱面が全面的に露出した伝熱管と、外面に熱電変換モジュールを備えた伝熱管とを直列に接続したものであり、
かつ前記熱電変換モジュール付き伝熱管は、外形状が矩形断面であり、いずれかの面に熱電変換モジュールが備えられると共に、各熱電変換モジュールの周りに断熱材が充填されて凹凸の無い表面を形成しており、
前記伝熱管の少なくとも下端寄りの一部または全体に前記熱電変換モジュール付き伝熱管を設置し、前記伝熱管の外部の前記加熱流体と内部の前記液化ガスとの温度差を利用して前記液化ガスの気化を行うと同時に前記熱電変換モジュールで発電を行う液化ガス気化器。 - 前記伝熱面が全面的に露出した伝熱管と前記熱電変換モジュール付き伝熱管との接続部の周りに、前記伝熱管の外面に沿って流れ落ちる前記加熱流体が外側に飛散することを防ぐフローガイドを設けたものである請求項1記載の液化ガス気化器。
- 前記伝熱面が全面的に露出した伝熱管と前記熱電変換モジュール付き伝熱管との接続部に、両伝熱管の輪郭形状を段差無く連続的に繋ぐ流線形の遷移部を形成するものである請求項1記載の液化ガス気化器。
