Description
Claims (17)
- 射出成形プロセスによって製造された個々の製品の品質を管理する方法であって、
格納された射出成形プロセスデータから射出成形プロセスモデルを生成することであって、該射出成形プロセスモデルは、欠陥製品を決定するための管理範囲を有し、該射出成形プロセスモデルを生成することは、主成分分析を実施することと、ホテリングT2値を計算すること、DModX値を計算すること、および潜在構造への投射解析を実施することのうちのいずれか1つとを含む多変量解析を用いて、該射出成形プロセスデータに対して多変量解析を実施することを含む、ことと、
該射出成形プロセスの間に該個々の製品についてのリアルタイム射出成形プロセスデータを収集することと、
該個々の製品についての該リアルタイム射出成形プロセスデータが該管理範囲内にあるかどうかを決定することと、
該リアルタイム射出成形プロセスデータが該管理範囲を超える場合には、該射出成形プロセスから該個々の製品を取り除くことと
を含む、方法。 - 前記取り除くことは、前記決定することの後に引き続いてリアルタイムに生じる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記格納された射出成形プロセスデータおよび前記リアルタイム射出成形プロセスデータは、サイクルタイム、溶融温度、充填時間、溶融圧力、冷却時間、パックタイム、静止金型温度、移動金型温度、射出時間、保持時間、噴射速度、ショットクッション、充填圧力、パック圧力、保持圧力、バック圧力、移動油圧力、位置移動、バレル温度、ノズル温度およびこれらの組み合わせから成るグループのうちから選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記格納された射出成形プロセスデータをデータベースに格納することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記格納された射出成形プロセスデータを少なくとも1つの代理変数に変換し、該少なくとも1つの代理変数に対するホテリングT2値およびDModX値を計算するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記管理範囲は、前記少なくとも1つの代理変数に対する前記ホテリングT2値および前記DModX値によって定義される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記リアルタイム射出成形プロセスデータに対するホテリングT2値およびDModX値を計算し、これらの値を前記管理範囲と比較するステップを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記リアルタイム射出成形プロセスデータに対する前記ホテリングT2値または前記DModX値のうちどちらか一方が、前記少なくとも1つの代理変数に対する該ホテリングT2値または該DModX値を超える場合には、前記管理範囲を超える、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記リアルタイム射出成形プロセスデータと前記格納された射出成形プロセスデータとを組み合わせること、および該組み合わされた射出成形プロセスデータに対する多変量解析を実施することによって、前記管理範囲を調整するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記管理範囲を調整することは、前記リアルタイム射出成形プロセスデータを収集することの後に引き続いてリアルタイムに生じる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 射出成形製造プロセスによって製造された個々の製品をパラメトリックにリリースする方法であって、
該方法は、
該射出成形製造プロセスから該個々の製品についてのリアルタイム製造データを収集することと、
該リアルタイム製造データと、主成分分析を実施することと、ホテリングT2値を計算すること、DModX値を計算すること、および潜在構造への投射解析を実施することのうちのいずれか1つとを含む多変量解析によって生成される欠陥製品を決定するための所定の製造管理範囲とを比較することと、
該個々の製品についての該リアルタイム製造データが該所定の製造管理範囲内にあるか否かを決定することと、
該リアルタイム製造データが該管理範囲を超えるときに製造された該個々の製品を該射出成形製造プロセスから取り除くことと
を含む、方法。 - 前記取り除くことは、前記決定することの後に引き続いてリアルタイムに生じる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記取り除くことの間に前記射出成形製造プロセスが進行する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 射出成形製造プロセスによって製造された個々の製品の品質を管理する自動化されたシステムであって、
該自動化されたシステムは、
主成分分析を実施することと、ホテリングT2値を計算すること、DModX値を計算すること、および潜在構造への投射解析を実施することのうちのいずれか1つとを含む多変量解析による欠陥製品を決定するための所定の射出成形製造管理範囲を生成するデータ解析モジュールと、
該射出成形製造プロセスの間に該個々の製品についてのリアルタイム射出成形製造プロセスデータを収集するデータ収集デバイスと、
該個々の製品についての該リアルタイム射出成形プロセスデータが該管理範囲内にあるか否かを決定する予報モジュールと、
該予報モジュールと動作的に通信する分岐デバイスであって、該分岐デバイスは、該リアルタイム射出成形製造プロセスデータが該管理範囲を超えるときに製造された該個々の製品を該射出成形製造プロセスから取り除く、分岐デバイスと
を含む、自動化されたシステム。 - 前記予報モジュールと動作的に通信するコントローラをさらに含み、
該コントローラは、前記リアルタイム射出成形プロセスデータが前記管理範囲を超える場合には、前記分岐デバイスに信号を送信する、請求項14に記載のシステム。 - 射出成形マシンから前記製品を取り除くトランスポーターをさらに含む、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記分岐デバイスは、前記トランスポーターから製品を取り除くゲートをさらに含む、請求項16に記載のシステム。
